My mom and I were in the area for a visit. She had never been to a Firehouse Subs, so I was excited when I saw it. We had the sandwich/side combos. She got mac&cheese with her sandwich. She was happy with the mac&cheese she had. I went with chili for my side order aspect of the combo. Great chili! Everything was hot and fresh for us. My mom loved the drink machine, once she figured it out. She went back to try a few combos of drinks while we were there. Overall, we were happy with the food and staff!
Closed at 12:20pm (Lunch). Not a sign on door, recording on phone or anyway to cancel online order. But still great subs if you can get them.

The guy that made my sandwich was sick absolutely dying. And then he did not have any mask on, and he went to the restroom to blow his nose. Terrible experience, disgusting
Good subs always with the hook and ladder or meatball. Had an issue with the app redeeming a free sub and the person went ahead and made it anyway.
I like coming here for a quick bite. The staff is very friendly and service is fast. Definitely a good go-to place during the week.

As a fellow firehouse employee i’m disappointed. I didn’t receive the xtra cheese I paid for, my bread seems to be not toasted or not toasted well. My pickle was also forgotten. I’m not mad i’m just a little disappointed
The stars are for the great customer service, I wish I could love the sandwiches more, the tuektbscon ranch sandwich had an inordinate amount of ranch which made the sandwich almost uneatable, I will be back cause I want to give them more than one chance but unfortunately so far I'm not as impressed as I'd like.
