I really enjoyed the food today at Fang's Kitchen the great reviews were so on point. We had Hunan Beef and Mongolian Beef with Spring Rolls . The service was pleasant and the hostess had great customer service. I will return to try other things on the menu a great find in Cary.

We really like Fang's Kitchen! We've been trying to find our go to Chinese place in the area and this may be it. Specifically their General Tso Chicken and Honey Chicken are delicious!! Also loved their dumplings!! Their fried rice was OK and the Lo Mein was OK too but fried chicken is where they excel. Definitely will be back!

Best Asian food in the area. Look at their special menu for those with dietary concerns... amazing food!

Great little place. Sesame chicken was good-I prefer mine a with a bit of spice, but this was still definitely good. The pork dumplings were well made. The people were all very sweet and patient. Definitely somewhere I'll go back to.

The food was very good. The dumplings were a little more round then the picture that they have but tasted good. The online ordering was easy but there's no automatic time schedule it's just like put whatever time you want basically. I typed asap because that's what most restaurants have. I was maybe about 7 minutes from the area. I waited 10 minutes before leaving and when I got to the restaurant, they were almost done preparing it.

We discovered Fangs kitchen a couple months ago. This place is the best Chinese food I've had in North Carolina. Food is always fresh, hot and flavorful. We now drive out of our way when we're craving Chinese food.

We were excited about a new Chinese place to try. Ordered online, showed up 20 minutes later hoping the food would be ready or close since they’re online ordering gives no indication of time. Ended up sitting there for another 40 minutes waiting on my food. What the food lacked in flavor it attempted to make up for with spice. My General Tso was overly spicy but had no real flavor and the rice was bland. My wife’s Mei Fun was so spicy she could not eat it. These are both our normal Chinese orders. The spring rolls were good though. The restaurant itself was nice and the staff were friendly, which is why I am giving 2 stars. With other options nearby, I do not think I will be going back.

I am not a Chinese food expert but I have eaten enough to tell when I spot a good place. This place is one of the best Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten. They don’t have big menu but every dishes I have tried were on point. So far I have tried Fried rice, lo mien, ho fun, soup, vegetable saute. All of the dishes were right on point without oily after taste like other restaurants. Please note that I am a vegetarian so I cannot speak for meat dishes. So happy to spot this place.

Ordered hot and spicy tofu with vegetable lo mein and dumpling ! One of the finest Chinese place near by to take home and enjoy ! I wanted tri pepper tofu and even though not on the menu the lady helped telling me what to order next time to taste exactly like that .The hot and spicy tofu tasted great as well ! Definitely will drop by more often

Both delicious and affordable! Hands down the best value Chinese food in the triangle area. As a vegetarian its sometimes hard to find chinese restaurants with a lot of options, but Fang's kitchen had about a dozen of unique vegetarian dishes and were more than happy to substitute meat out of their food. Their Mapo Tofu and String Beans are a must try!In addition to great food, the staff and service were really friendly. Overall, just a great place to go for a quick, afforable, and delicious meal.
