We ordered 2 croissant sandwiches, 2 hash browns and lattes. Croissants were burnt, hash browns undercooked, and got black coffee instead of lattes.. Called multiple times as soon as I realized but no one responded. This is not acceptable at all!
Made an online order for pick up in the store. Got to the store and the door was locked. They said to go around through the drive-through. I did that, got to the window, and THEN the guy said the latte machine was broken. Told me to pull up past the window so other cars could get through the drive-through. I sat there for about five minutes with nobody coming out to help and cars just passing by. Then, fed up, I went and knocked on the front door to ask for my money back. The manager was in the back saying “who who wants their money back?!” He then comes out to me to say that he was planning on making it all along, but the machine was just cleaning… Now it’s not broken it was just on a cleaning cycle… Meanwhile he goes to the back and starts scrounging up someway to make the drink I ordered making it completely obvious that before I came in he had no intention on making what I ordered in the first place and was planning on leaving me sitting in the drive-thru until I got too frustrated and just left. So… naturally that was extremely frustrating! Won’t be going back to that location tbh.
2.7 rating is too much for this place, they deserve a zero, 4 employees went right in front of me, and nobody wants to talk to me,they busy giggling n having fun, dunkin donuts sucks

Pre-ordered on app and it still took 25 minutes to get coffee, a donut and a bagel. 4 people working, not too busy. On top of that, they ended up giving me the wrong order.
One star is too many. Kid at the drive thru had a huge attitude, right from the start. It was so bad I called him out on it. I work in customer service, and if I ever treated a customer like that, I'd get fired on the spot. Unreal. Then I started reading reviews of that D&D location and it seems to be par for the course. It's a shame.

They made me wait for 5 minutes in drive thru and I thought they must me busy. So I went inside. But when I went inside I saw an employee sitting with her friend and chatting. This is the worst customer service I ever seen.
They tried their best! They really need a sign saying drive thru only. I found the door locked although the open sign was lit, so I thought they were closed. Someone told me must only be drive thru.
Always something at this store! Been there several times and there has always been something wrong. I typically dont complain giving everyone the benefit of the doubt hoping that its just a bad day and will be better next time. Unfortunately this place never fails to disappoint. Orders always wrong, 15 minute drive thru, always out of donuts, charging my apple pay multiple times, workers dont speak english, overall this has always been the case and management or ownership doesent do anything about it. Wake up call.. this business needs your attention. The only thing that drives me back to coming back and trying time and time again is the Dunkin Name(Brand)but operator please focus on improving your operation!
