Food was okay: sandwich was a little undercooked and not evenly warm. Coffee was fantastic.Service was mediocre: staff didn’t seem to take job seriously, handed us 1 napkin & 1 ketchup packet for 2 people. Wait time was longer than I’d expect, or would’ve liked. People at window either thought we were “weird” and gave us looks or they were just over the morning.
I have frequented this Dunkin Donuts for the past 3 years and this is most likely the last time I'll be going here. It has only gotten worse overtime. It used to be decent and even good at times. My coffee has been messed up repeatedly, as well as food over the past few weeks and months. However, today it took the one guy making my coffee over 15 minutes to make my latte with the rest of the staff standing around him trying to help and telling him how to make it because he apparently forgot. Made me late for work when I left early just to get coffee and be disappointed. It tasted awful and went straight in the trash. What a waste of time and money! Spend your time going to a different establishment and save yourself the grief.
I've been coming to this Dunkin a lot in the past two years and honestly it's only gotten better, specifically thanks to the lady in the front counter, I think she told us her name was Emma. Anyways, she was very kind in welcoming my family in, and honestly gave me the best coffee I've had in years, and I drink A LOT of coffee. It honestly seemed like Emma was carrying this place on her back, she definitely made me a life-time customer.
I frequent this Dunkin donuts!! Jillian was always warm fully welcoming through the drive through or inside. She knew my order by heart and always made sure I was taken care of. It became my morning routine.This morning I stop by the get two egg and cheese wraps, how much simpler can you get! I guess y'all have put Dakota in charge, since I learned Jillian was pushed away. Well, Dakota was sitting outside on the power box by the side door smoking a cigarette taking orders. How unprofessional! Then I get to work to eat my two wraps and they're crunchy and the cheese was burnt on both of them!! I called up there to speak to management and no one answered the phone!! So now I'm going to have to take time outta my day to go have my food replaced. You need Jillian back running this store. I cannot b honestly say I'll ever come back.
Amazing store with amazing employees, specifically emma who took me and my kid’s order and was very patient with my son as he picked out a donut. Super friendly and even better food & drinks
Dakota is doing a wonderful job at this location!! Absolutely loved her personality. It’s so refreshing to receive amazing service. I will continue to come back— this is my favorite Dunkin in the area. Thanks Dakota keep it up! ?

I try to be very patient with any retail, restaurant etc: being in retail myself I totally understand everywhere is short staffed and it’s hard finding good help!! That being said this place has gone down hill so bad your orders are never right, staff does not pay attention, manager never intervenes to see what’s going on 4 out of 5 times my order has been wrong!! It is a shame this used to be my favorite Dunkin to come too!!

Great location. Workers have been at the store working throughout the last 18 months unlike bbn other coffee places. Kudos to you and my business. Good hard working people here.
