While my delivery driver was excellent my entire order was wrong. I immediately called the driver who said to call dunkin at which point I did multiple times and nobody answered. Refund requested immediately.
Please google give us an option to rate them zero, don't even know what time they gonna prepare food, useless rude manager disorganized the whole store
This place is kinda sad in the evenings. Go any time after 6 and you're lucky if there are any donuts left, what is there is mislabeled on the shelf, all the employees are in the back and take several minutes to notice you're there (despite the doorbell), and whatever you do end up with is stale. What kind of donut shop runs out of donuts more than an hour before closing??
Went in the drive through for some coffee, after I gave my order the lady never repeated it or told me my total just silence so I drove up to the window and waited there for 5 mins. No one at the window to say anything so I just left.
Always a good experience at this location they are always friendly and get the order right and fresh
Asked for Dark roast coffee in drive thru, got diluted coffee, can't even call it light roast. The power breakfast sandwich was good though.

It is called Avocado TOAST. Why is it never toasted unless I emphasize “make sure it is toasted” while ordering? I am leaving this negative review because the female worker with the brown hair who I had never seen until today actually argued with me insisting “it is toasted” when the bread was the same color it is when it is taken from the bag. Then she said “it is toasted on the top” which was disproved when I wiped the spread off. She was visibly annoyed. Why argue with a customer? Change the name to Avocado Bread if you don’t want fo take the extra time to toast it.
I worked here briefly several years ago. It was the most toxic, rude and unprofessional environment I’d ever encountered.
Can't even call the store to let them know they gave you the wrong order for pick up. Great job dunkin...
