Pizza Tracker said my order was done but it was not. I ended up waiting half and hour beyond that while they continued to work on it. Not sure of all the reasons for the delay but I suspect at least one pizza was discovered to be incorrect as it was being boxed up. There were several other customers waiting around for slow orders and I know some of them had pizzas that had to be redone, as well.The cashier kept touching his nose and mouth whenever he spoke with customers. Perhaps a nervous habit but still not a sanitary vibe. When ordering, a popup on the Domino's website and store front indicated everyone was required to wear a mask. Less than half of the staff was wearing a mask.Finally got the pizzas and the pies were misshapen and suspiciously small. Small enough that even on a gentle turn out of the parking lot, you could hear the pies sliding around a great deal in the box. I estimate about an inch clearance from each edge. But at that point, it wasn't worth getting back in line to complain and wait even longer for a resolution. Better that we just take our business to a different place in the future.Added a star simply because although slow, the staff was at least polite.
Went to Dominos yesterday. Appeared that they had enough staff inside but alot of the drivers on the right side were just standing around looking lost. I had a blonde guy help me and he was very polite, even offered us plates. He seemed like he knew what he was doing. Apologized for the wait, etc.Pizza came out great but was a little late according to the "pizza tracker". But I do understand that there will be a wait on a Friday evening. Overall, I gave 5 stars because of the customer service that one guy offered. I will try again on a weekday, its much faster.
What an absolute joke of a business. Every year their quality has gone down to the point where they cannot even maintain 2 running cash registers.The cooking area is filthy and no one wears gloves. Never coming back here again. I would happily give this place 0 stars if google had the option.
Pizza is always good, and the employees are always friendly, but there is something about the operations here that is just off, everytime I've gone, parts of my order have been forgotten, and it always seems like they are on the busiest shift of their life.This is definitely a place you wanna double check you have everything before you leave the store
We ordered delivery because we had Covid. They didn’t deliver my whole order. We understood, accidents happen, so we asked if they could bring the rest of the order so we wouldn’t have to go in store with Covid and get them sick. They said they’d absolutely drop off the rest. Waited hours for the rest of the order and it never showed up. Don’t order from this location.
Prepare to get surprised, you will get the worst pizza you never expected. The one in the picture, the crust was like 2 inch thick undercooked and the middle of the pizza was so thin they didnt even slice it fearing that it may tear off. Asked for less sauce and cheese and it was just the opposite. Raised a complaint at customer support, as expected no response.
Ordered pizza and wings. Wings had barely any buffalo sauce, didn't provide the ranch sauce and instead of 16, there were only 14 pieces. No more ordering from Dominos.02/22 - contacted the store based on the below response to my review. Haven't heard back. More than a week now.
Poor management!Ordered a Large pizza with olive toppings with lite cheese and Extra chicken.All i get is excess cheese, jalapenos and no olive, no chicken. LOLUnless you dont get food anywhere come here. otherwise avoid this store.They are running a joke in the name of pizza store.
Strike 3…you’re out!! All done with this store. 3rd time in last 2 months it took 90+ mins to deliver an order. When email says <25 mins.This time…after waiting 90 mins and after spending 10 mins on hold…I was told it was “on the way sir” and click. Yep, they just hung up on me. This owner is clearly in over their head, maybe they were a good pizza delivery driver? Maybe they should go back to delivering pizzas?
Wish I had read all these poor reviews. I won't order from here again. If I want cheap pizza, I will just order from Papa Johns since they are now opening down the road. I added pics to Yelp and wish I still had them, but it took an hour and a half to get my warm pizza. The driver said he had 7 stops before getting to me. Why? Why would the owner or manager have one driver take 7 pizzas knowing how long it takes!?!?! Poor management! Add on the pizza lacked toppings and I wasted my money on their cinnamon twists that were burnt, hard, and 3/4 the size they normally are....seriously. Look on Yelp and there are pictures. Never again will I order here. Poor service and I spent $30 on waste (but it is Domino's so what do you expect, really?)
