Hardly any toppings. 3 toppings carryout or online pizza says $7.99 but we were charged $20! on website
This place used to be much better. Lately the quality has been awful. We are done here since prices have gone up while quality has gone down.
No different than any other dominos. The store hours must be updated as it was letting us place order even when the shop was closed. We ordered when the kids were so hungry and thought the carry out would be faster, but, to make things worse, the shop is open only later in the afternoon. The hours shown in Google as well as dominos website is misleading.

Always awesome pizza, and the manager is great at making sure the place is running smoothly, with great customer service too! Good place to get food from, will definitely keep coming back.
I have it jaded from this location numerous times and had always had a great experience with the personnel snd the food
I know they're short staffed, and Sunday evenings are probably really busy, but the estimated delivery time needs to reflect reality. Had I known the wait time would likely be 90 minutes+ (instead of the 35 minutes shown), I wouldn't have ordered.When I called after 45 minutes, I was told my order wouldn't even go into the oven for another 30 minutes, and that's unacceptable.Whether this specific location's fault, or the website's, I don't know, but Domino's needs to do better.And honestly, if they can't staff their restaurants, they need to pay more or go out of business.
I deliberately order from here although I stay close to Morrisville dominos. Never disappointed, consistent quality and prompt service.
I order from this location 5 mins away from me all the time and it is usually great, but tonight I placed a $30 order that I never received any part of and the caller menu will not let me speak to anyone at this particular store, leave a voicemail for the general manager of the store, or leave a voicemail for the local office. I have filed customer service claims online and am waiting for my full refund for the entire order I never received.Extremely disappointed and frustrated that I did not receive my food, but that I have to jump through MANY hoops to even have contact about my missing order claim, much less get a refund. Will not be providing business here any longer unless Domino's makes this claim right with me.Edit: Although it took 2 weeks to get in touch with someone and do the process, I did receive my refund. I am grateful for that but was disappointed it took so long and it was this review that got me in touch with someone instead of just being able to talk to the manager at the store.
So I’ve been ordering from this location in cary for a couple years now! I have had my ups and more downs to be honest but there must be some sort of change going on because the food has been way better lately!!!! 7/10 ?
