Slowest delivery I’ve ever experienced. Not worth the risk ordering from this location. I tried cancelling the order because it was taking so long but no one would answer the phone. The delivery driver could care less. I want my tip back… should have the option to tip OR NOT after such poor service.
Terrible store. ordered the pizza at 6pm, it finally showed up at 830pm. I called them at 730 to try and cancel the order and was put on hold till 9pm.The delivery driver was nice and apologetic which was great. At around 9pm (while I was still on hold) I drove to this dominos to talk to the manager. When I got there she was very dismissive of the fact that I have been on hold for the last hour and a half. And told me if I wanted a refund I'd have to bring the pizzas back and did not care that they were 2 and a half hours late. She was honestly very rude and I'd rather chew on glass than deal with this dominos again
Average dominos. They had a super loud AC system and the credit card machine wasn't working. Food was fine and what you would expect. The employees were doing their best. Overall pretty standard and you can't beat the price so I will be back
Horrid customer service. I'm fine with waiting for overworked employees, but the lack of communication is irritating. No one would even pick up the phone after my order was over an hour late.
If I could put zero stars, I would. Ordered at 8:12. Got a missed call at 8:14, unknown number. They didn't leave a voicemail. The tracker shows it's in prep for over forty five minutes, so I call. They say they tried to call me to tell me they only had one driver, and asked if I still wanted the order. I said yeah, she hung up. After thirty more minutes, I called again. No answer. I called seven times and was on hold for over 20 minutes trying to cancel my order. Ended up having to drive to the shop to see what was going on, which defeats the point of delivery. Get there, they say my pizzas are in the oven and they'll give me a free drink. Cool. Finally got the pizzas an hour and a half after ordering, after having to drive to the shop after ordering delivery and tipping 20%. Bad experience, not trying to order delivery just to wait almost two hours and have to go pickup after much confusion.
First, I don't know why ANYONE would cut a round pizza into squares. But this is what Domino's does to thin crust. On the app you can ask for your thin crust BUT THEY DO NOT DO IT! Everytime we order thin crust we ask for pie cut & they always have to remake it. Sometimes the 2nd one will come out right but most of the time it DOES NOT. I am diabetic & have to calculate insulin based on what I've eaten, I can do that with pie cut, not on crazy non uniform squares.
Ordered three medium pizzas the pizzas were so small than everyone thought I had ordered three small. Not only that, the pizzas barely had any toppings on them. One of the pizzas was chicken and bacon and the pizza had about 4 pieces of chicken in total. Not ordering from dominos again
My co-workers and I ordered pizza to be delivered. The delivery driver called stating that he is here. From the main entrance of my job to my department is only a 5 min walk. We (my co-workers and I) walk outside and the guy is not there. Tried calling back multiple times and no answer. When we finally got through and we were told that the delivery driver was waiting for 25 minutes which is false and they would not deliver the pizza. The reason why the driver waiting 25 minutes is false is because after about 5 or 10 minutes of waiting, a real delivery driver would have called and got in contact to verify if we still wanted the pizza. Lunch break is only 30 minutes so how was the delivery driver waiting 25 minutes? Also had to call from two different phones to finally get an answer. Bottom line….order papa johns
Literally the absolute worst experience ever. Ordered online, Saud it would take 30 mins. Whn I check back in on the order almost an hour later... the delivery time is updated toni1 mins. I try to call and cancel and Spender OVER 10 MINUTES ON HOLD AND NO ONE EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE. Complete theft bc I have no pizza and you took my money. I need a refund asap!
Pretty shoddy if you want to eat at all. I've been on hold for 35 minutes now without speaking to anyone, and this was AFTER I completed my order online, only for their website to tell me to pick a time and that there was no planned times for the day. Seriously what on earth. Why go through the trouble of having deals if you're not even going to take anyone's order?? I'd give you no stars for no service.
