My wife and I love diced. We go there all the time. It’s a little expensive, but not bad. Also it’s Cary, so everything is expensive. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they don’t really chop the salads anymore. When we started coming here a few years ago they chopped the salads in so much smaller pieces. Now it seems like that’s an afterthought or rushed. The salads are delicious, but I wish they would chop them more like they did a couple years ago.
Not the absolute best salads or wraps. Their menu options sound so great and intriguing, but it kinda falls flat in my opinion.
I ordered a rice bowl with brown rice and the rice was barely cooked. All in all the taste was fine. The steak was a little fatty but good flavor. Next time I will make sure the rice is fully cooked.
The salad is good but there's this one employee who will JUDGE YOU for what you get. For instance, I asked for blue cheese but it felt like I unleashed a demon from Dante's Inferno. She growls "I HATE BLUE CHEESE RAWR" and gives me a sour look. Then proceeds to ask the other part time salad Gordon Ramsays if they like blue cheese which unleashed even more judgemental demons. Then the manager demon chimes in with "not yet hyah". All this over blue cheese.
My husband and I wanted to try this place out today however the customer service was horrible. First the lady taking my order was very scattered (just in a rush and no one was in line) I had to repeat my order twice. Once placing my order she built the bowl. The chicken appeared old and rather using a spoon to put my selections in the bowl she used her hand with glove on. I also saw her wiping down parts of her other food pieces with that same hand. It was unsanitary. I will say she was the only one wearing a mask. She stepped away and started cleaning up things in the back with the same gloves. Someone else took over. I asked her how old the chicken was and I was informed it was a day old. Due to dietary restrictions and health concerns I declined to move forward with my order. My husband decided to move forward with his order. In the midst of making my husband’s meal the three ladies were discussing that I canceled my order while complaining that I waisted food. My husband asked were they talking about us. We had to ask twice before someone acknowledge us. We were informed that they were discussing if I should still be charged and that food was waisted. Very unprofessional. If they had concerns with me canceling they should had addressed it with me rather talk about me while standing there. We still waited for my husbands wrap (this is about 20 mins). The cashier comes with the wrap and asked if we have been checked out we say no she laid the wrap down at the register and goes to help another customer. No one acknowledged us. We ended up leaving. All three of those employees need to be fired. I will never try this food or return. I will also bring calling corporate. This treatment was uncalled for.
It was a really good salad. It was full of flavor and they definitely did not short me on the ingredients. I was very pleased and will return. The protein add-ons, like crispy tofu etc, are priced outside of what I consider reasonable which made me refrain from asking for them. Other than that it was really good.
I almost never write reviews but I had such a bad experience just now that I literally walked out while in the middle of making my order. I asked to do a “make your own grain bowl” the person making my bowl started putting the main base in without asking me what I wanted. That was fine, I wasn’t gonna make it a big deal, I just asked if she could add rice to it. She rolled her eyes at me and acted like it was a big deal that I asked for rice to be added. Then when she asked me what else I wanted I asked if I could get Kale and she had the most disgusted face, rolled her eyes again, and like said something to her coworker that I could tell was something mean about me, like she was so inconvenienced by me asking for Kale?? I told her “you know what, never mind, I don’t want it anymore. I’m gonna go somewhere else” and she laughs at me and says “no no it’s okay I can do it” and I said “no, I’m good, bye” and left. The lady making my friends salad said said they felt bad and that they would make my salad for me, but I didn’t want that. I was turned off too badly. The second lady making my friends salads also gave them a cookie for me and told them to tell me how sorry she was, which I really appreciated and is the reason I’m giving two stars instead of 1.
Great healthy food. Ate here 2 times both salads were excellent. Portions are large. Staff is friendly. Music is to loud and poor choice of genre , had to take a star off the review for that. Would reccomend.Be well.
Amazed with the quality of food and too the quantity. This is first time I am trying here. I’ve been a big fan of chipotle and i have one more in my list.This place is far far far better than tasty yet junk food we get from Chick-fil-A or Mcd .Food here is Very healthy !! Free yourself from bad ingredients like MSD
Recently where out of business because lack of People who work here. People who work here are angry and negative wouldn’t eat here again
