MELTED.We ordered a Blizzard and an ice cream cone at the drive-through. The customer ahead of us placed a large order that took some about 5 minutes to complete. Our items were apparently made while we were waiting for our turn at the window and started to melt. Before they gave us the Blizzard I could see them doing something with it, likely draining the liquid. When they handed it to me they did not turn it upside down (probably didn't dare too...) as they advertise. On the off chance the owners actually read this, so you know which employees need further training, it was Sunday May 15 at 12:25 PM.This used to be our favorite DQ until today. They always had the most courteous staff and best quality. Here's hoping you are able to find some better help!
I love it. The chili cheese dogs and onion rings are amazing. The fish sandwich is good as well. Onion rings, cheese curds, and fish are made to order. My favorite ice cream treat is the triple chocolate brownie. It's ice cream, cocoa fudge, choco chunks, a warm brownie, and some whipped cream. The poolside punch, mocha moolate, and hi-c orange and Hi-c lemonade mixed together is good
Counter person was NOT listening to our order & over charged us. "Manager" said he would refund the error cause it was easier than cancelling & redoing whole order. So how is a double cheeseburger value meal only $3.25? He destroyed my receipt. Not worth the explanation to make them understand or calculate correctly. To many other options out there to spend my money!
Food was good, but it took nearly 15 minutes to arrive at a time (Sunday @ 11:15AM) that only 6 patrons were in the dining area, and at least that many employees appeared to be standing around doing nothing(-½★). Clerks were nice and polite, but did get my order wrong(-½★), and the restaurant could really have used a thorough cleaning(-1★), especially considering the current pandemic.
Still the best place for soft serve! They always seem to have 5 or 6 people working which makes the drive thru fairly quick.
Usually a decent spot. However I was having a crummy day at work and came here for a pick me up only get ignored. When I drove through the pick up area, I could see an employee with a headset inside doing some task.
Alex and Josh had EXCELLENT Customer Service. Very patient with my 4 Year old Granddaughter! Christmas Decorations were Beautiful! Clean Environment! Loved the Strawberry Shake!
Best fast food fish sandwich I have had in a while. Kids loved the burgers and ice cream. Nice assortment of ice cream cakes up front too.
My last few visits I have had the pleasure of being served by Jashawn (hope the spelling is correct). He always gets the order correct down to the last detail. Everytime! He is pleasant, helpful and obviously gets to know the customer because he remembers when you visit. He is an outstanding young man and I hope he will be rewarded for his efforts by the DQ owners. I definitely see him as a manager if any food establishment.
They get really busy right before close so be prepared to sit in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes!
