The two teenagers running the place need more training on customer service. We walked in and the teenage boy ran to the back and left the girl all alone upfront. (He came back up front soon as we walked out the door) Her customer service skills weren’t great either. She barely wanted to speak or answer our questions. I’m all about giving teenagers a chance to make money but They definitely need adult supervision. The cheesecakes were good.

My family and I loved the cream puffs and cheesecake and pie slices we ordered! Our favorites were definitely the limoncello and nutella cream pies and the deadly chocolate cheesecakeI love the softer texture of the cheesecake, and I will definitely pay another visit the next time I'm craving some (:
The Black and White cheesecake was fantastic! And so was the Chocolate Torte that I ordered for another occasion. I've also had their desserts at local restaurants. Excellent! Stop by and get a slice to go. Better yet, order a whole dessert for a special occasion.
When I visited a lady (the owner?) was very rude to me. I left, and I learned how to make cheesecakes, and now I am pretty awesome at it. I will never return to Custom Confections. From now on if I hear anyone say they are going there for a cheesecake I will offer to make one for them FOR FREE. The ingredients cost only about $7, but the Karma is priceless.Folks, making a cheesecake is SUPER EASY. The only equipment you need is a good mixer and a springform pan. Visit YouTube for instructions.NOTE TO OWNER: No need to respond. I read your response to that other lady who complained about rudeness, and, WOW, you might know cheesecakes, but you don't seem to know jack about customer relations. You should have just apologized and moved on. You will never win a p-ssing contest with a customer.
