The Kansas City ice water was a light, crisp refreshing summer drink. The food was delicious. The place is pet friendly outside- definitely a do again!
Came here early tonight (Sunday) around 530 for the first time. No wait, but luckily we came when we did because it quickly filled up after that!. I had the French Dip sandwich, and it was SO yummy. The horseradish sauce was amazing. I was worried the meat would be chewy, but it was tender and the dip was so good. The pretzel starter was delicious and a hit with my picky kids. They enjoyed their kids meals. My friend enjoyed her chicken pasta. We each had a lovely cocktail, the Almond Joy and the Elderberry cocktail. Mine was a bit more lemony than I expected but still very good! The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Give this place a try, I am glad we did!
4 stars for the food and 2 stars for service. The staff are friendly, but either they’re understaffed, or just not very organized. I’ve been here several times pre-pandemic, during the pandemic, and post-pandemic and it’s always been a little slow, but now it’s getting really bad. The last 2 visits have been pretty frustrating. The food was still good, but it took forever to get served, and maybe even longer to get a check. Our drinks were never refilled, and we had to go find someone to find our waitress to get the check. Both times we were on work lunch and were late returning. It’s worth mentioning that this was after lunch rush both times and it wasn’t crowded at all. Probably won’t return unless I’m in the area and have no agenda.
Great food. We've been several times. The only reason I'm giving this a 4/5 is because the kid who served us didn't seem to care very much. We sat without water refills for the entirety of the meal (only had 1 glass that we finished before the food was delivered). The service definitely sucked to say the least, which is pretty unfortunate.
Food was tasty. Staff was very nice. I think they were training up a bunch of new people which was nice to see in this climate. Wish the portions were a bit bigger. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and was a little hungry afterward.
The hosts were friendly and accomodating. Comfortable seating inside. The outside looked very quaint also. And the outside seating area is dog friendly, which is a huge bonus in my opinion.Our waitress Evanna was fabulous. She made great suggestions, made sure we were always well taken care of, and she was friendly.Our food was great! I highly recommend the honey Chipotle wings! They were very generous with the sauce and it made all the difference. The wings were SO GOOD! I also had the chili nachos, which were also very good. I had a CRAFT-hattan (their Manhatten) and it was PERFECT. I made sure to personally go tell the bartender that and she was very sweet and gracious.We will definitely be back.
We have eaten at Craft public house a few times. My sons favorite things on the menu is the pretzel appetizer. We enjoyed our dinner tonight. We requested outside seating. The one critique I would have is that the restaurant is very noisy! Our table enjoyed the Mediterranean shrimp salad, Blackened salmon salad, fish and chips, and chicken pot pie. Everyone enjoyed their meal immensely. The portion sizes are generous. Our server was phenomenal.
We did lunch on a Friday. Started with the fried shrimp. Good texture, generous portion, great remoulode dipping sauce. Then wings. Asked the waitress if the hot were very hot and she said no. The wings were huge, lightly breaded, nice sauce which was more medium level in heat, cooked perfectly and great blue cheese dip. Finally shared the pimento cheese ham sandwich with fries OMG that was yummy. Fries cooked to a slight crisp more tender and well salted which is how we like them. The ham was generous and the combination with pimento cheese was amazing. As others have said the beer list isn't extensive but we did find a good lower alcohol IPA appropriate for lunch. Waitress was great. Knew was our first visit, answered our questions offering to share more suggestions if desired. We wanted our food out gradually and she said shrimp are fast so would be first, the wings take 20 minutes and then the sandwich would be fired after the wings were ready. Worked out perfectly for us to share each "course". If we lived closer we would go often based on this experience but it will be one of our top choices when shopping near the crossroads area.
I came here with coworkers to decompress after an intensive strategy planning work day. We were pampered by the great service we received. The waitress that served us were very attemptive of our request. Althought, I did not ordered a full dinner. I enjoyed the appetizers especially the jalapeño with cream cheese... so delicious. Looking forward to return for a full meal. Nice place. Nice service. Tasteful food.
Craft Public House is awesome! Great food, and the beer is great too! Service is always on point! Awesome place to watch football or other sports too! Highly recommend this place!
