I specifically asked for a barbecue cookout tray with cheese double fries and a large tea with BBQ and ranch. I get the cookout tray, but no cheese, no sauces, and only one order of fries. Like seriously it was barely one order. Like I understand you are extremely busy but come on I paid you. Is it too hard to ask for what I paid for?
The order was messed up for both. One order didn't get the right wrap and didn't get cheese on the burger. The second order, I got 5 cheese bites... not a lot and they were hard. I asked for ketchup, relish and cheese on my hotdog I got it all and chili. didn't ask for chili on my hotdogs because I don't eat beef so I had to scrape everything off. The sweet tea was fantastic. The best part.
its cookout. want a super value for the money, this is your spot. the Tray is the way to go for bang for the buck. Milkshakes are still really good though you'll need a spoon. pretty quick on the double drivethru windows
Line moves fast and service/food is consistent. Just wish they had bigger/longer drive thru lanes since the line can back up into the far right lane of Walnut St., impeding usual traffic.
Corn dogs are now half of the size. ¡¡Miniatures! And we couldn't eat the fryes. They were very bad. The servkce is good but...
The food here is good like any cookout and I think the staff is pretty good all things considered. There are just some unfortunate issues that are tanking this cookout's score. Last visit, they were out of several items that we wanted to order (most importantly chicken quesadillas). The lot arrangement is terrible; parked cars are eternally trapped by the drive through line which spills out onto the connecting roads. We even planned for this and parked in the adjacent lot only to be told that the walk up window was closed anyway.
SICK and tired of going to this cookout and them getting my order wrong time in and time out. Seriously how do you forget half someone’s order, and on top of it they don’t pick up their phones. Everytime I have gone there my order has been wrong, I’m not one to usually complain but seriously?!? And the staff could care less, they’re rude and hardly do their jobs, they rush you when your taking your order, and are huffing and puffing the whole time they are. —Save yourself the trouble and find yourself somewhere else to eat!
Overrated. Average fast food hamburger overcooked and dry. Also short on lettuce, tomato, etc which the only saving grace of these awful burgers
Wow, this was the best cookout burger of my life. The burger even looked like it could be advertised. Kudos to the chef, at 7pm 12/29/21.
Excellent as always. I applaud their move to paper straws but they need to have a larger diameter to be very useful on their also excellent milkshakes
