The staff at this location are so unprofessional, I can’t even believe. I’ve sat here waiting for a single cup online order to pick up for 10+ minutes. They yell at people across the store. Talk, laugh, and curse in front of customers and use rude expressions (eye rolling). Too young to be in charge of an establishment on their own. Makes this business look like a joke. Do better.
Service here is very poor nowadays, you have to wait for more than 20 mins for a cup of ice cream, I went with my family there and the staff was very rude, they do not care if there are people waiting, let them wait. Never going back to this place.
They should mark the cups so when you get home you don't have to guess or dig into every cup. Ice cream is just sugar flavor, nothing distinct and was a mess.
Unfortunately super high priced for what seemed like a rushed icecream making. And honestly its too sweet cant taste anything else but just sugar.
This store continuously seems to be understaffed and more concerned with DoorDash orders or complaining than actually assisting the customers. Over the summer, I’ve been in lines out the door because the limited number of staff can’t keep up with the volume. I recently went to pick up sushi and decided I would treat myself to some dessert as well. There were only two customers and two team members in the store when I entered. Not only was I not greeted when I entered, but I was literally not even acknowledged after standing at the order case for 10 minutes. Neither team member even looked in my direction; however, I could hear their complaints - specifically the male employee. It took both of the employees to check out the previous customer. Instead of acknowledging me after that transaction, they both started to work on a DoorDash order instead. At this point, I just walked out. There are more ice cream and dessert establishments in this area so I don’t feel the need to return to this location.
Ice creams were taste worthy and the location is awesome. I could have given 5 stars but below are few improvements needed1. It is definitely under staffed and staff looks new and have no experience2. One of the person (guy) was not wearing mask.
I stood inside this store for five mins on 11/20/21, both employees seen me standing in the store and both failed to acknowledge me. The guy who was working seemed so angry and the other young lady did nothing as well. I understand you may be working, however, it takes very little effort to acknowledge anyone that walks into your establishment. Will not return, get better treatment in Durham. Sad
I really love Cold Stone. I moved from Connecticut and always ate there for years. But, I was very disturbed and disgusted by the customer service treatment as we stood in line for 20mins with three people working never acknowledged us Also the ice cream taste (Funny) and its not clean at all! Personality is Cold as the Ice Cream. I will not be patronizing this business!!.
I came here this summer with my mom for the first time. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. Very Nice.
Good flavor, nice outside. This place offers a variety of ice creams, smoothies and shakes. They are worried about customer attention, that's nice. You can choose your ice cream from the "signature creations" menu, all delicious. In this opportunity we try the: Banana Caramel Crunch (roasted almonds, banana & caramel), Berry Berry Berry Good (raspberries, strawberries & blueberries) and the Pineapple Blueberry Smoothie. All of them are a delectable option for desert, refresh or just enjoy. A strength is the outside plenty of space to sit, play, run, with a big green synthetic zone. I will come back.
