Salad bar was fresh and well kept. Pizza was good with lots of different kinds. I requested a mushroom pizza and they made it and put it on the bar!
So this is a buffet, however if you would like to request a pizza, they might make it. Like a meaty pizza or a veggie pizza. They have a descent salad bar and desert pizza, brownies and even cinnamon buns. Hiw can you go wrong for about the same price as a fast.food burger!Man just went back and it was great!! The deep dish pizza is my favorite!!

Came in for pie day and apparently they don’t honor their advertising. So I definitely won’t be going back there. I paid 25 bucks for 2 buffets and a senior buffet and I basically ate two pieces of pizza because the buffet stayed empty that’s totally bogus.
Definitely not a fan of this location. The floors were pretty messy, seating area is very small, and the buffet stayed empty. Staff was pleasant enough but overall absent. I was disappointed that this is where the kids chose for dinner while we had out of town guests. Two stars because I know its a trying time for businesses right now. I'm sure that staffing and supply issues may have played a part in our experience.
The pizza was really good when you could get some. They were busy and had staffing issues to the amount of take out orders along with keeping up with the buffet, I mean the place was packed and only had two ladies mainly cooking. I think for what they had they did a pretty good job.
I love going to here especially on night when you don't feel like cooking, great food and atmosphere especially if you have kids. The arcade room is quite tiny but still enjoyable.

Extremely frustrating every time I come here I have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for cinnamon rolls. I’ve been here for over an hour they had 5 cinnamon rolls out that have probably been there for 1.5 hrs prior to my arrival. Instead of forcing your new paying customers to settle for what’s available ACKNOWLEDGE them at the door and you available product and make more FRESH. When I asked for fresh cinnamon rolls I was told 5 min….15min later I watched the lady make an order fresh but she packed them to go. WHY wasn’t there two made? Then I was told 2 more mins. As I type this review the batch I was told would take 5min disappeared and I was told “2 more mins.”
Edgar and his team do an amazing job at CiCi's. The restaurant is clean, the staff friendly, and everyone is hospitable. They keep the buffet stocked and are always happy to make anything special that you ask for. A+
