Lunch at Chuys was good we were seated by Olivia —who served us and guided us well —the strawberry mohito and Grandma rocking Rita was superb the chicken fajitas was good the corn chops were a serving enjoyed it with a a friend who I met after 11yrs
Had takeout from here for the first time tonight. It was done exactly when they said it would be, perfectly packaged and handed over by a super pleasant hostess. When we got home the portions were super generous, hot, and delicious. Also decently spicy which was a nice surprise. We'll be going back on the regular. Thanks for dinner Chuy's!
The restaurant is following Covid-19 seating distancing. We were seated about 20 minutes after arriving. We were greeted by a first time server and so we took it easy on her. She was attentive and served us in a timely manner. This month's Margarita was Blackberry flavor. Yum!
The wait was about 50 min at 7:15. We were willing to wait for the good food and were not disappointed. We were served by the manager himself because they have been short-staffed because of the pandemic. Still the wait staff was attentive and cheerful.I would recommend getting a reservation if you can, because although it's a big place they have closed off parts of it because of the shortage of staff.
We’ve been told by about 4 people that this place isn’t great. But that was a couple years ago. My man and I read the reviews and wanted to try it. He got a burrito “the size of your head” and I got the Tribute to Elvis Presley. Neither of us were disappointed. I also got a Violet Rita and we ordered queso. LOVE them both! IF you go here, bring a FRAMED picture of your dog for a free appetizer! We didn’t know that, nor do we have a dog. If you get the appetizer, make sure it’s queso!

Service for takeout was quick. However this is the second time we ordered and no utensils included with takeout which is tough in a hotel. My daughter's quesadilla had weird rubbery cheese. Fajita tacos had such tough meat I threw out half. The queso is just weird. The white sauce they include with the order was the only really good thing. Sad because we wanted to love it.
Good food! They changed their menu a lot however so very limited options..
The service was great and the atmosphere and decorations were a lit of fun, especially the paintings and wall hangings. The chips and fresh pico were really tasty and the steak burrito was awesome. The steak was marinated really well and was very tender and the hatch chile sauce and beans were on point. Also loved the tres leches cake. Would have liked to see some additional spicy/hot options on the menu, but otherwise overall good experience.
