This store consistently screws up orders and somehow doesn’t have the same taste that I have come to expect from Chipotle. If you love Chipotle, avoid this store. If you’ve never had Chipotle, don’t judge it by this store. This is based on several visits. I won’t go to this store again.
I thought the behavior of the staff today was worth a review. Upon arrival the employee who was supposed to be on the line to make walk in orders was not there and the other 3 employees just called her name a few times and didnt step over to help myself or 2 other customers. When she finally came out and began making our orders, they learned their inspector had arrived and without a word to me, stopped in the middle of my order and left another 2 customers waiting to start going around and cleaning up for their inspection. It's pretty bad customer service to leave your customers and their food half-made to clean up for an inspection that they knew was coming.
Great location. Love that it is bigger inside than most Triangle Chipotles. Plently of places to sit with your crew. The inside was a bit dirty but it was a busy weekend. Just wish someone could stay on top of washing tables. Veggie bowl is now peiced at 7.70 so is the chicken bowl at 7.70 its 8.34 total with tax. The staff was SUPER friendly. The food was excellent and fresh.
This is easily the most inept Chipotle around. They have missed my chips and queso 2 orders ago, placed fajita vegetables in a burrito bowl instead of double chicken last order, and this order? The app allows me to pay them money and then I get to the store to pick up the order and I was told that their computers have been having issues for 3 weeks and they cannot fulfill any orders and I have to call some garbage hotline to get a refund. I would give this location negative stars if I could. You can’t take money and not deliver a product in return. This location should be shut down or they should have a sign on their door that says “we are no longer interested in doing business.” What an absolute disgrace!
It's a Chipotle as far as the food and service go, par for the course.I'm leaving this review because recently, this location has stopped putting all their online orders on the pickup shelf. You have to walk up and ask for your online order now, and also have no idea when you walk up if it's complete yet (another purpose of the shelves outside of the convenience).

Total disappointment. Reached there around 9 pm today. I was third on the queue but it took 20 mins to get my turn. They were interested in handling only the online orders on a high priority basis. They almost served 10 new online orders after I reached. Why don't you ensure both walk-in customers and online orders are handled sequencially based on their arrival/order time. Moreover they ran out of guac and tofu.
Was a good meal, especially after a 3 hour drive. I did feel a little skimmed on the rice and beans for my bowl. Staff was extremely kind and patient-- business was exceptionally busy.
DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONEST STAFFAccording to employees at this location, Chipotle has discontinued the sale of cilantro (despite the fact that their company website currently encourages customers to add it to any order). When questioned about why this is (since other locations still sell it), the manager on duty became increasingly disrespectful and insisted that they have never sold it. She then proceeded to inform my party that she has been working at this location for three years. I can say that it honestly may have been three years since I was last at this location, but I can assure you that you could add cilantro at that time. Regardless of whether cilantro can or cannot be added, the attitude used by the manager on duty was unacceptable. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and would never dream of speaking to a guest the way that she spoke to our party. I will not be doing business with Chipotle until they begin hiring more respectful employees. I suggest you don't either.
The nastiest chipotle i’ve ever been to!! i came in asked for a burrito bowl she put in too much rice for my liking so i asked for less rice she then goes to take the rice out WITH HER HANDS she had gloves on but still, she was still touching things with her gloves! then i asked could you use a spoon please she then goes “if you want me to” then after she put the meat in my bowl she says “if that’s the case you might not want to get the lettuce” i walked out i did not buy that food! the line was a mess!!! disgusting!!
