The service is not bad, kids are nice and quick! The place is always dirty.. dirty bathrooms and tables. Agua frescas never available, low on utensils and no steak available today!
Just don't go...the gentleman who took my order was rude and snotty. He was not a good representative of the company. If my wife's order was not already done (by a different person, with a MUCH better disposition), I would have left. I guess it's just the luck of the draw....
As a former manager for Chipotle, watching this team communicate and work together nearly flawlessly was incredible to watch. They made sure myself and other customers had what we asked for while preparing the food in a timely manner. Staff was kind and courteous and the location was clean. The atmosphere in the store was great and it was well stocked. Thank you to the staff for giving me an amazing experience today. You guys are killin it.
Kristina saves the day!!! The apprentice GM Kristina who was working in this store helped me out so much today. I went to go pick up my catering order (ordered it 24 hours in advance) at the crossroads Chipotle and when I got there she said they don’t have enough people working to make my 10 person order. I was not happy about that, zero stars for the crossroads Chipotle. However my faith was restored when I tried my luck at this Chipotle to see if they could salvage my catering order. Kristina was more than happy to help me out and she was very pleasant to deal with. I was picking up food for my sons birthday, so she literally saved the day for me. Big shout out to Kristina and this store in general for restoring my faith in humanity… and Chipotle.
This was one of the best Chipotle locations that I have ever visited. I ordered my usual bowl but it tasted better. I do not live on this coast but I will visit this location if I come back to NC.
Every time I order here something is wrong. Some highlights: Inedible stale chips, missing ingredients, bowl instead of a burrito, wrong ingredients, poorly wrapped.The only reason I keep trying is that I complain via the app and get a free entree. So I try again and I'm disappointed again.Qdoba's burritos don't taste as good but at least they get the orders right and have have fresh chips. I'm giving up.
This location is getting continuously worse and worse. Paid for a side of guacamole on two entrees and didn’t receive them (ordered via DoorDash), same happened the last time and I got sick from something I ate in the bowl :/ The staff is always really kind though when dining in. Take out/delivery orders always go wrong though
Chain restaurant. First visit to this particular one. The food was good. The facilities were clean. It's not cheap but the prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a good lunch experience. It is now on my 'approved list' for local restaurants.
My orders online are never right. I had 2 burrito bowls, both with chicken, and when I got home, both bowls had steak. The time before that my bowl was significantly smaller than usual even though I ordered all the same ingredients. And the time before that, I had to return to the store because I had the wrong order.
Somebody prepared the absolute most delicious bowl I've ever had from any Chipotle in the United States. It was chock full of fresh ingredients & I really enjoyed it
