It is obvious they take pride on what they do and deliver an excellent experience.Mike the owner walks around checking on people, cleaning the tables, picking up your plates - making sure you have what you need with a big smile.It’s refreshing to go to a place where the food is delicious and the service is excellent. This chick loves chicken salad ! When I found out this franchise was in Cary my coworker and I had to stop over for lunch. It’s now a year later and we still love everything about this restaurant. Let’s start with how the southern hospitality here speaks volumes. Mike.S is always so pleasant and helpful when choosing menu items. The young people here are so courteous. I was celebrating am occasion today and a young man gave me a extra cookie when clearing our table. My favorite menu items are the Broccoli Salad, fruity Fran chicken salad, spicy pimento cheese and kickin Kaylynne chicken salad. I love all the different flavors and menu items here. There’s something for everyone to enjoy no matter what diet you’re on. The butter creme cookies are delicious as well.I really enjoy the posh ambience and decor of the restaurant. When branding they did a amazing job ! I look forward to many more lunch hours spent here.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is fresh and delicious! So many types of chicken salad to choose from and they'll suggest something for you and/or give you a sample. There are also plenty of choices for non-chicken salad lovers. The dining area and restroom were extremely clean and fresh looking. I loved it and will be going back. The staff cannot do enough for you. It's great to see smiles and people happy to serve. My new favorite place!
What a cute restaurant with delicious food and fabulous service! Perfect for a girls’ get together. My friends and I were very impressed. The food was amazing and you even receive a free cookie with your order. The franchise owner came around several times to make sure we had ever we needed and even gave all of us a free shamrock cookie at the end of the meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Had a great first visit, the manager, Mike, was very invested in welcoming guests, answering questions, and ensuring everyone enjoyed the food and their visit. I'm typically not much for chicken salad, but I had the buffalo sandwich style with the broccoli salad and I was very satisfied. Perfect light lunch didn't leave me weighed down. Will definitely add this place to my list of quick, quality lunch options!
Today was my first time going and I will absolutely be back. They have a very yummy menu and I cannot wait to try some of the other chicken salads as well as the pimento cheese. I had their original chicken salad I believe it was called the classic Carol on a croissant. The croissant was white and fresh not overly flaky. Chicken salad was perfect. I got a pickle and a delightful little cookie to finish off my meal. Definitely give this place a try!
Great experience! I have been here several times and always enjoyed it. They offer a wide variety of Chicken Salad, Pimento Cheese, soups and salads. Everything is delicious. Chicken Salad Chick isn't just for chicks, men enjoy it too. My husband tried the broccoli cheese soup and said it was the best he has ever eaten.
We absolutely love Chicken Salad Chick! My daughter and I come in for lunch regularly. The staff always treat us so well and make us feel so welcome, and the food is absolutely delicious and such a good value! My personal favorite salad is the Fruity Fran on a croissant, SO good!

Wen early to ensure a seat. The staff is pleasant with helpful suggestions as well. We had Fancy Nancy and spinach salad with poppy seed dressing - outstanding! Room is large with good separation. Drawback is process - and plastic - this may be due to covid. There are many choices scoop or sandwich and sides. They have take out as well. We would go again but hope at some time dishes and non plastic will be available.
