Andrew that works the drive-thru is friendly, genuine and always smiling. He brightens the day for anyone he comes in contact with. Employees like Andrew are hard to come by. Thank you for the great service Andrew!

I understand that with COVID there is an issue with jobs being able to keep employees, but your customers shouldn’t be penalized for it. I placed an order at 10:00 AM for breakfast food. I live 5 or 6 minutes away, so I got there at 10:07 with the light. I then checked in so that my food could be prepared. When I got to the speaker to tell them that I’m here, it was 10:36. Breakfast is now over so I can’t get my food. I only wanted breakfast food, so I’m now sitting in line at 10:45 so I can go to Waffle House to get food. I will never understand how I couldn’t get my food when I checked in and said I was here WELL before 10:30…

I just want to say that as a parent it is absolutely ridiculous how the employees are put out in freezing temperatures. I hope that these kids can find a better job elsewhere. To be honest, from a legal standpoint this is due reason for a complaint to be filed. I have friends whose children work here and I will be talking to them about doing that.

Chic-fil-a he is always fresh. No matter which location you go to in or out of state. You will get them fresh is food and the best customer service experience. I didn't even know that they serve milkshakes now. Maybe I'm late. I enjoyed the chicken nuggets and the fries. They are amazing. I love their fries.

App needs work. Says delivery is an option, but when order is completed app says delivery is not an option, most frustrating. Having said that, the restaurant has outstanding food quality and service. App issues are not their fault.

The food came highly recommended by another visiting US.It a good experience, staff were friendly, the place was clean looking, flower on the table, order came to the table quickly and the food quality was by far much better when comparing to the US McDonalds I had tried near by few days before.

I never leave reviews, positive or negative, but I just wanted to say that Andrew who is often helping in the drive thru is always so kind and personable. Please tell Andrew that it doesn't go unnoticed! Keep being awesome. ✨

Every time we go to this CFA the service and food are mediocre. The employees consistently complain to us and the food is either cold, wrong, or missing like half the ingredients, the drinks are flat or watery, or a combination of all four. We can’t seem to get someone on the phone and trying to get something remade is like asking someone to do quantum physics. Also, the amount of times we’ve gotten other people’s orders is uncanny. If I am paying $20+ on food, why would I want some random person’s kid meal? We understand that this is a fast food restaurant… but it is so bad and honestly unusual that it’s not like the normal CFA experience at all.

Not your standard fast service chickfil or quality food. I ordered a grilled mixed chicken salad but received fried chicken on the salad.I took salad back only to be notified that they were out of lettuce to make me a new salad which is the policy for orders not made correctly, they then offered just to give me 6 grilled chicken nuggets to put on orginal salad smh. I also stayed in the line for at least 10 minutes for the original salad.I also got a bad case of diarrhea after eating the salad. ??

this is the worst cfa i have ever eaten at i got a mobile order and they forgot a sandwich so i had to go all the way back an wait in the drivethru just for them to give me a soggy nasty sandwich ill never eat here again you guys are useless
