Adeline was super helpful in taking our order as I’m not real familiar with their menu.
Not only did they have other employees standing outside in the rain for no reason, they had the nerve to short my large fry. Large fry not medium. Get your employees the right gear if your going to leave them out there in the pouring rain while you're warm and laughing on the inside. Round two and still disappointed. 5/25 again same thing. I guess there consistent
Had a sour experience here today. Family is visiting from abroad and they lived Chik Fil A, after a long day we got to our closest one a few minutes before closing. Doors were open and we were all very happy "we made it!" they closed the doors behind us and the person in front of us took a long time as he was complaining he had some food missing from the drive through which they were very apologetic and fixed. However, when it was our turn the worker said "Sorry we are closed" we were so dumbfounded and disappointed. I guess we'll go to other locations from now on.
This chick-fil-a definitely knows how to run the drive through! I can count on being out in less than 5 minutes with great service and hot food!
Always fast and always delicious. I have noticed better consistency at this location. But I go during a slower time which is usually when you get better product! The staff is always in a good mood no matter how hot or cold with this crazy weather. They never make me feel dumb or slow which is very helpful.
The people serving do a wonderful job and are very polite. They do a great job getting cars through and trying to reduce the lines out to the street
The restaurant is amazing, their fries are amazing and their chicken products are also delicious. Would recommend to come here ?.
I will never not be amazed with how fast and accurate Chick-fil-A drive thru is. Even if the line is 10-15 cars deep, they will still have you in and out in under 10 min. The food is always fresh and the staff is always super friendly.
Good food as always. Little hectic drive through set up they have. No curbside pickup right now, only drive through. Sort of a pain when you have to wait for everyone else.
Unfortunately one of the worst experiences at a Chick Fila in the area. The staff is poorly teained and this is not becoming a frequent occurrence.
