I order from here via the drive through and frequently through the door dash partnership. The food I get through the drive through is always correct, hot and delicious. The DoorDash partnership is weird because it does not include the meal options (it only offers individual items). Plus you're paying 1-2 dollars more per menu item. There has also been rare occasions that the delivered order was incorrect. It is better to order from the drive through than the delivery partner. The staff is friendly and does a good job helping move the line when things are busy. I recommend them for a solid meal!
Service good, food was good. Bathroom could use so TLC, have two stalls and one of them didn't have a lock. They have a good sanitary score. But the floor and under the tables and booths I cold see the old dirt. I been in many chick fill A and is the first time I seen anything like it. Fayetteville, Lumberton, one near the cost they are awesome and the staff greets every customer that comes in our leaving their restaurant.
Enjoyed my 4 count chicken mini meal with frosted coffee. I might need to switch back to regular coffee because the upgrade puts my combo at $10. Yikes. They opened before 7a = bonus so I can put stop on way to work.
Mobile ordered breakfast well before the ending time. When I arrived shortly after, I was informed they were out of breakfast items and my order had not been fulfilled. There was no offer to make the items, and the cashier asked if I wanted a refund. Of course I want a refund if I don't receive my food. Very poor customer service
i was in the area with my aunt and she happened to want CFA. the drive-thru long was quite long and was out in the road, so she’d gone inside to get our meals. needless to say, it was nice and fresh. she said the cashier taking her order was very nice, too.

Awful service. Don’t go to this location. Waited 20 minutes, okay understandable but then get to the window, the lady working the window took my food outside to another customer. She realized it was wrong, brought it back still saying not a single word to me and took another order outside. There were 4 people at the window, no one said a single word while 2 lines of cars are waiting for the lady to come back to the window. There was not a shortage of workers so I don’t know why they were just standing around. It was extremely rude service, so I left after waiting for 20 minutes. I don’t pay for rude service. I needed lots of nuggets on short-notice and was willing to wait to not be a burden, but Kinsey and her team got the large order together in under ten minutes. I know this was an exception, but they really went the extra mile for me. THANK YOU!
I specifically told the drive-thru clerk that I had a milk and meat allergy and they still continue to put bacon on my salad I did not realize it until I was about halfway through the salad that I was chewing on bacon. This isn't the first and only time this sort of thing has happened to me Chick-fil-A definitely does not care about people with allergies
