Wow! This was the best Chinese meal I’ve had in a long time.We ordered the Camphor smoked duck, home style tofu, and pea tips. The home style tofu was the star of the meal. It might be the most delicious tofu meal I’ve ever had. Savory and a little spicy with plenty of sauce, seasoning, and black fungus. After we finished the tofu and fungus, I mixed all of the remaining sauce to flavor the rice.The Camphor smoked duck was quite large. It’s half a duck, but easily enough meat for 4-6 people. I’ve read the preparation is complicated, so the price is very reasonable for what you get. Tons of smoky, flavorful meat with plenty of duck fat and skin. This is not to be missed.The pea tips were also outstanding. They were cooked perfectly with the right balance of tenderness and crispness. The sauce really enhanced the flavor of the greens, and matched the duck and tofu very well.

If you want authentic Sichuan Chinese food, this place is great and the serving portions are huge. My kids loved the sesame chicken and dumplings. My husband (despite being able to handle spicy food) said it was overwhelming with a specific seasoning that he did not enjoy and wasn't able to finish it. We loved everything else and were grateful for leftovers that fed us for several days!
Most authentic Chinese you will have - fresh and delicious! My family and friends used to be frequent travelers to China and this is their go-to place in Raleigh.
U can find some real Chinese Sichuan cuisine here,Which is really delicious spicy,Just forget about the dining area experience,The owner are really friendly even they don’t really speak English,I can speak Chinese though.
This is one of the best and most authentic Sichuanese restaurants in the area. Many of my Chinese coworkers used to love this place. The food is affordable, delicious, and filling. The staff is courteous, and service is prompt. One suggestion is to balance your meal with something acidic/sour/pickle-like because many entrees can be oily and fatty (while absolutely delicious). The braised sizzling duck is terrific and tender! I love getting takeouts from this place, but consider visiting in person, because some of the food being served fresh from the kitchen can do wonders!
A group of us from Wake Forest were in Cary today and we decided to grab some lunch—it was great! The menu has stuff that’s more accessible/conventional for an American Chinese-restaurant goer, but lots of really authentic stuff is there as well. We mixed it up and we’re very happy. The Sichuan dry crispy shredded beef was the best I had had in > 20 years, since leaving the Bay Area in CA.
I would recommend this place for trying this smocking duck. It’s so delicious. Also the owner was friendly , she smiles to the costumers all the time.
This place recently started doing dry hotpot and you get to select what you want to put in which is great. Be careful what you put in because the price can go up very quickly. Although it wasn't completely dry, it still tasted pretty good. The service is good.
This place is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant so far. Their food was amazing and it was so delicious! I highly recommend dine in rather than delivery. Service was very nice and food came out really quickly. I highly recommend to try their hunan beef! It is spicy and so delicious!
