If you are planning a special occasion or just want a night out at a wonderful restaurant, I have a bit of advice for you. Go to Chef Palette! This establishment has got it together. The atmosphere is just lovely. We planned our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner from afar, way far.....Michigan. As stressful as that could have been, Kathie did everything to ease our stress. She calmed this Momma's heart and executed everything to a "T". The appetizer table was not only displayed beautifully, it was YUMMY! The salad, main entrees and dessert did not disappoint. But most of all, the staff was most kind and extremely professional. We cannot thank Kathie and the staff at Chef Palette enough for the wonderful and memorable evening we shared together. GO TO CHEF's PALETTE!

We celebrated my husband’s 75th birthday last night and we were impressed by the great food, warm and friendly atmosphere, and wonderful service by Erica. It was our first time dining here but not our last. Even with the false fire alarm, everything went smoothly. The manager offered complimentary champagne to those who wanted it and diners waited patiently outside while the Cary fire crew did their thing. We even had happy birthday sprinkles on our table! Thanks for a wonderful experience.
This restaurant is amazing! From the service to the food. It has been a very long time trying to remember what it is like to have amazing service and food. The extra touches they added for my son in law’s birthday celebration was just fantastic. We will definitely be returning.
Kathie, Chef Ryan, and their team are amazing! We had a rehearsal dinner here and the food was perfect.We had the flounder, short rib, and even a great vegan option. Their attention to detail was incredible and the server was really attentive and friendly. Everyone was raving about it afterward and Chef's Palette made our evening special.
This place was really nice! We went to dinner and at same time , live music was starting. We sat on the bar side. We had drinks and ordered steaks and French fries. We shared a dessert too! All were fantastic. We would definitely go back! Try it. You’ll love it.
Don’t be fooled by the low key atmosphere - the food is incredible! The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. The service was fast. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS. We’ve been to a lot of different restaurants around Raleigh that have a much more high class atmosphere where the food wasn’t nearly as delicious. Extra props to the staff members who could be seen washing down the chairs and fixing wobbly chairs with a power drill. This place seems like the owners treat their staff well and the chef cares about putting out high quality exceptional food. 10/10 would recommend this hidden gem.
My fiance and I visited here for our anniversary. It was one of the best meals we've ever had! Everything was so delicious, and we were given complimentary cheesecakes for our anniversary. Our server, David, was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and hospitable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a night of fine dining. If we are ever in the area in the future, we will surely be coming back.
Took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner. Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly and conversational servers. Will definitely return in the future!
