The location was very slow to get my coffee (15 minutes), the floor had papers on it and was dirty, the garbage pails were overflowing and the coffee was cold.
I had a craving for a peanut donut, and was disappointed to see they were sold out. The owner went “above & beyond”, and quickly made some for me!
The managers and boss are too hard on their employees. But the service the employees bring... couldn’t ask for better. You can tell when they start getting busy and stressed but still manage to get everyone in and out and talk to us with a smile! One of the managers was very rude to me in the morning also.
