I am simply flabbergasted by the remarkable service and immaculate staffing of this fine establishment. I have never in my life experienced this whole hearted welcoming service from staff especially my waitress Marisa she was simply delightful and checked in on a frequent basis. Not to mention the remarkable manager marquis, what an outstanding guy, a man who can train staff like no other man. What a great environment to be a part of.P.S. - These cheese fries are an quite delectable, so cheesy, baconey, and fresh.15/10 would recommend and will be coming back on a frequent basis, maybe even as much as Marisa visited my table to make sure we were taken care of.
I go here all the time and always ask for Marisa as my server. Marisa is the is so polite and always checks on you to make sure you have everything, even when she’s busy. If you get Marisa as your server you will not be disappointed. The food here is great and the service is even better.
I have been to several CAH locations in the area, and this is my favorite. Over the past few years, I have been to this location numerous times and have not been disappointed. The service has always been fast and friendly, and the food always good. If you need a place to catch a game, or just want good tavern food, you really can’t go wrong here. My go to is a burger and fries, and they also have some of the best chicken tenders. Pro tip: dip their fries in their ranch - somehow it’s the most amazing combination! Indoor and outdoor seating is good and it’s in a prime shopping location.
The quesadillas and salads were delicious. My server Andrea was very attentive, tended to my needs before I even asked, & was very pleasant. She did an amazing job.
Destiny, our server, provided great service! She answered all our questions and checked on us regularly. The food was amazing and we were greeted promptly by the hostess who seated us with a smile! Highly recommend. We were in town from the KC area to visit family. Definitely will come again!
Tonight was our first time here as we're new to the state. The service and food was insanely wonderful!! The portion sizes were surprisingly generous and so good prepared to a mint even for our picky kids lol. We had Valerie R as our server and I can't remember the last time we had service like she presented from patience with our kids trying to order there own food independently to drink refills, the attention to detail for our overall experience. The manager was super friendly and greeting just an overall wonderful experience this is on the top of our list of our to eats
We wanted something easy and the option to sit outside after the storms. The Ale House did the trick. We were warmly greeted, seated outside even though we were the only ones there. Micah our server was friendly and warm. Pleasant surprise was the Gardien buffalo chicken sandwich option. If you’re looking for sandwich and wing options with great service, this is the place.
This place suprised me. I came here a few times when I first arrived in the area 15 years ago. The food was standard, but the people were unfriendly for the most part. So I just found other places to go.We are so happy we tried this place again, this was our second visit. On the first I didn't bother with photos of the food, that was a mistake. On that visit my wife had a bacon burger and I had a chicken avocado chiabata. The quality was first rate, the meat cooked to perfection, the bread fresh and tasty. Just an all round good meal. Better food than would get at the bar we were going to for about 50% less. Throw in $4.50 NC craft beers on Wednesday and guess what we do on hump days?We went back again and tried the tacos, my wife and I split the fish and beef tocos and they were amongst the best I have had.The mango salsa really brought the cod taco to life. Zingy and fresh. Then the beef barbacoa taco comes along and delivers in the depth of flavour. The staff are way more engaging and friendly. The kitchen staff obviously care. These people want to be there and they seem to care about your exprience. That clinches it.Yep our new Wednesday night spot
I had not been to this place for a long time. It used to be my go to place for wings. This evening I decided to take my kids out for dinner and we went to the Cary Carolina Ale House. What a mistake! I will say the host and wait staff were great but that is where it ended. Our food came out cold, not even like warm! Both my kids said their food was cold and didn’t want to eat it. My wings felt like they took them from the refrigerator, put some sauce on them and served them. Not to mention they were the skimpiest wings I have ever seen. When the manager came to the table, I informed that food was cold. He was very argumentative. He said he would take the wings off the check and walked away. A few minutes later he returned and handed me the check. I thanked him and he proceeded to tell me that I needed to work on my presentation. Well this is where I got a bit possess. First off, I came to your restaurant for a meal and it was served to me cold. That is not my fault. Maybe you need to worry about how to manage your restaurant instead offering advice on how an unhappy customer should present your restaurant's mistake! I told him thanks for the unwanted advice and he ripped the check out of my hand and said when your boys are finished you can leave. It was at that point when my kids said their food was cold too! We left and I have a feeling I will not be back for a long time. And my advice to the manager, Marquis, take care of your customers, manage your restaurant and stop offering advice that is not wanted.
First timers and truly enjoyed it! Bartenders are friendly and food is great! Atmosphere - good vibes
