Caramel High-rise is my favorite coffee, medium with four extra pumps of caramel, I paid for it and it's worth it; and the customer care; is always so inviting and engaging! Despite a busy day. Thank u for your handwork as front line staff serving others.
Good place to grab a coffee and get some work done. Again, service was blah. Sometimes I think the employees need to have a cup of coffee to perk up.
This place is great and the coffee is delicious every time! We like coming here and chilling with some coffee and friends!
Oh boy how I missed caribou. Some of the best coffee in the triangle. The real star of coffee making. Beats the bucks hand down any day of the week. This one is always consistent
We heard some employee is having their friends write 5star reviews for this place. Drove by 10pm a few nights and some gang of guys staked out on the patio smoking and carrying on. They closed so what is going down? Dozen dudes out there. That’s why the place is so dirty all the time.
I stopped by to grab a coffee and a breakfast sandwich before going to the NC Museum of Art. The coffee was pretty good and the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich was quite scrumptious and hot with melted cheese. Not the healthiest option but very comfort food savory!!
I have always had a great experience here. I love the options and it has a cozy atmosphere with normally available seating. The staff is great and the store has always been clean!
Jordan served us today, she was patient, friendly and made our Turtle Mocha Coolers with a whole lotta love. I love the service at this location and how they make the drinks compared to the caribou close me on Franklin Street.
My husband and I enjoy going to Caribou more than Starbucks. The staff are always super friendly and the line is usually short or there isn't one. Parking at this location is near impossible, but the drive thru is usually easiest. My husband loves the campfire, it can be sweet, but tastes so yummy. If you haven't tried their coffee, give it a go at least once. It is nice to have an alternative to Starbucks. Since moving to Cary, I have not been back to a Starbucks.
I went to get Reindeer Blend coffee, but naturally was too late. We couldn't go in because like most places they didn't have enough staff. It would have been nice if they had posted it near the drive through or some place visible outside so we didn't have to park, get out, read the tiny sign on the door then go around the block again and end up in the drive through anyway. I love Caribou Coffee but it's getting old because they only have 8 parking spaces and 2 are handicapped. You take a chance trying to park or you can park two parking lots away which isn't great when it's raining or have a lot of stuff in your hands. I think when I use the rest of the money on my app I will quit going there.
