The staff is great the owner was kind and offered us water on this hot day. The food is absolutely delicious my favorite sandwich shop. Great pricing clean and the Bobbi is amazing where else makes a Thanksgiving sandwich during every season! There are also reward points. LOVE IT!
Great sandwiches, but let's talk about THE BOBBIE!!! It's Thanksgiving everyday. I like mine cold, just like a sandwich you make with round 2 of leftovers after you ate Thanksgiving dinner! Guys...where's the gravy!!
If I had to pick 1 word to describe this place, it would be inconsistent.The food is good......usually.The service is fast...... usually.Sometimes they'll make my waygu cheesesteak with mushrooms and mayo, sometimes they don't.Sometimes my food will be ready when I get there, sometimes I have to wait for them to START making it, even though they're not busy.Sometimes they'll charge me the right amount, sometimes they'll add a GrubHub fee, even though I order in person at the register.The grilled cheese is always different. The first time I got one, my kid LOVED it. Every time after that, it's been different, which doesn't go over well when I get home with it. I'd be happy if they just started making the grilled cheese consistently.
I'm giving 5 stars because of the staff and cleanliness. Everything was so clean, even the bathrooms!! The staff...I would give 10 stars if I could. It was 3 guys on my visit and all 3 were awesome and professional...10 stars for them as well. But the the turkey sandwich was a bit dry and flavorless. The turkey sandwich is not your regular thin sliced " deli" type but like a real Thanksgiving sliced(dry, unseasoned) turkey. The bread was fresh , but the turkey didn't meet the mark. I would definitely go again but just order differently.
Girlfriend finished getting her hair did at Dry Bar right next door, so we stopped here on our way out to the beach. They were extremely nice and accommodating, even when they realized one of our sandwiches mistakenly got placed with someone else's order. The gentleman, Bryan, offered cookies to compensate. It wasn't a big deal to me, but he was very apologetic. The food was delicious and well worth the extra wait. Definitely wouldn't mind visiting again, for both the experience and the food!
Had lunch here with my son and it was so nice. The subs here come in a nice range of sizes and the bread is fresh and tasty. We both got a turkey sub since they cook their turkey breast in house, so it has that cooked at home taste. Sheila brought our sandwiches to us outside and was there to help with refills, etc. She was really ?. We will definitely be back!!
I had the experience of eating at Capriottis for the first time. It was delicious and fresh. The staff on duty were extremely nice. I want to give a gratitude shout out to the the manger Shelia I believe is her name. She was friendly and informative from start to finish. If you are every in the Waverly place plaza of Cary NC give them a try. You wont be disappointed. I will be visiting again and again. We will also be using them as our office catering during real estate events in our office. I am glad to be neighboring such a great establishment in Waverly Place.
I've been here a few different times but today was an experience to remember- not only was the food hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious but the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They deserve a 10 out of 10 for kindness alone!
Ordered from Door dash and was blown away. The Philly was the best I've had in the area. Perfect onions and peppers balanced with tender juicy steak. The bread was soft and held up perfect. Definitely taking the family in soon!
What an awesome first visit! I had the Impossible Cheese Steak which was very tasty & satisfying. The service I received from the owner & manager was outstanding & unmatched!!!! Well worth the hour commute.
