The rumor is true… BurgerFi is Five Guys biggest competition. Similar to this other restaurant, you order the burger, side, and drink separately, no combo meals. Their ice machine and ketchup pump weren’t working. The burger was cooked perfectly (well done) and the fries were crispy.
Grown up fast food specializing in much better beef- burgers. Awesome staff. Very friendly, went above & beyond in customer service. Music was good & ambience. The 3 stars (3 means average to me) is while the meat was tasty, the burger was so unbelievably salty. I would not order it again.The fries were a no-go for me- similar to Five Guys fries, so if you like them….Lastly, overall the place was clean except for the windows and doors which looked like a petri dish of nightmares. Give them a wipe?Wouldn’t go out of our way to return or avoid.Right in the middle.
Too expensive. Cookout is a better burger and cheaper
Burger and onion rings were delicious! 4/5 on the food. Restaurant was late opening.. about 5 minutes. Unfortunately there was no ice available. Both ice makers were out of ice. A little disappointed after spending nearly $21 for one single bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, and drink. Way too expensive.. poor value.
Very nice service cashiers. Patient and friendly. Food was good as it usually is at any BurgerFi. The thing lacking here was it took forever for the food to arrive. And there wasn’t many folks in the restaurant or on the patio. Around 1:00 on a Saturday. I’ve eaten at others that have been much busier and gotten for faster. Nice staff clean place and sanitation grade 99.
I haven't had any problem ever with beyond burger. It's good.But today my wife joined me to order "the CEO" burger from there and here's what we've got:1. 2 identical boxes - guess where the "beyond" one and where "the CEO"? Well... Who knows. They could have at least put one letter by marker to any of this box - anything to differentiate them.2. Do you see that ugly something with patty in the photo. That's "the CEO"! There most expensive burger burgerfi can offer. $12 for a meaty mess on buns.2 stars only for the fact that beyond burger has never disappointed me

The fries are great!!! Wonderful Flavor and the customer service was quick, the front girls Stephanie and Sophia brought my food over fast and hot. Our burgers were cooked perfect, so I asked who made them and the cooks were named Zoe and Maddie. DEFINITELY coming back again.
Burgers are good..they have a variety of burgers menu and in house fries, onion rings.. ambiance is ok and service can improve better.. they have tap beers and milk shakes..give it a try..Wrong orders and Service they can improve and please check order before taking the tray’s..
Expensive menu however YOU WILL leave full. Burgers are very hearty and French fries are always hot and fresh. A suggestion would be to check your order before you leave. Every time I go someone grabs the wrong order, not always the workers fault.
