So I ordered a CEO with Beyond meat. They charge me for the beyond meat, plus the Wagyu meat. I asked why I’m paying for 2 Patties when only getting 1… $36 for 2 burgers and fries?!?!?!? I don’t think I’ll be returning for this level of extortion
They give you a lot of fries, the burger is so delicious, recommended....
Best burger I’ve ever tried in NC
Me and my family have been coming here (the N. Cary location - NOT a review of the crossroads location) since they opened, and initially were quite fond of it. The service was good, the food was, and orders came out pretty quick. Then things got a bit iffy, and the last three visits have all been pretty rough. Had we not enjoyed positive experiences initially, I think each one of the most recent three visits would have been enough to justify not returning.Some of the highlights from the recent experiences:Buns not being stamped, while being smashed on to the side of the burger and the cheese hanging off of half of the patty.Burnt fries to the point of being nearly being inedible.Being given a beer in the small water only cup.Ordering three cups of burgerfi sauce only to find they weren’t added to the to go bag. When asking for the sauce, being told to join the end of the line and order again if I wanted burgerfi sauce.Ordering a SWAG burger and burgerfi sauce and being told that no such burger or sauce has ever existed on the burgerfi menu.The service and quality have taken a sharp decline. Maybe that will change one day, and will consider coming back.
Very good burger, nice n thick onion rings as well ? A bit pricey, but you do get good food.
I have previously had great experiences with this store… today my food and service was terrible. A very young kid was doing his best to run the store it was clear, but all the burgers were over cooked and sitting under the heat lamp forever. All of the fries were a soggy mess. The food tasted terrible and we waited over 30 minutes for three meals.
I went to this particular Burgerfi in 2016 and I gotta say at the time it was the best burger I’ve eaten. Not to say they’ve been worse it’s just I haven’t eaten there in now 6 years. I live in Durham so it’s a little drive but it was good food. I got a Plain Burger and it was juicy and so delicious. Y’all’s food was good and most likely will come back soon
They should get a chicken costume and a sign that says “eat mor beef”! Because the customer service and food quality is A1 top notch. I highly recommend the staff; they are friendly and understanding. They work well together as a team. The food is so good I’d wait any timeframe for it. Go check it out.
Service was friendly. Ultimate bacon burger is pretty good, though bacon is super tough. Onion rings are pretty great, fries didn’t seem fresh- Luke warm, though they’re huge. How does lettuce cost a dollar more than a bun here?!? (If you want that option— expect the upcharge) Things take a while at least on Sunday nights. Also… we were sitting in the outdoor area, they locked the door 10 min earlier than the sign on the door… (which sucked cuz we hoped to fill our fountain drinks. 3 or 4 groups of folks walked up in the next few minutes as we were finishing our food— all were pretty disappointed with the early closure.
Cashier Thomas was excellent, and the food was great! Really appreciated his enthusiasm!
