Drove across town to grab breakfast Sunday morning, 6/5/2022. Arrived at 7:15 and it was closed. The hours of operation on the web and door states they open at 7:00. You need to adjust your hours so people do not waste gas at $4.49 a gallon.
The general manager working the window is extremely rude. He is an overweight white guy with a short haircut if you run into him. I politely tried to explain I was given the wrong order but he cut me off, and explained “I’ve got it. Just stop”. The staff even looked at him when he did it because it was so rude and out of place. I was given about 4 times the amount of food that I had initially ordered, so I was trying to do the right thing and just explain that wasn’t my food and I didn’t want to take someone else’s food because then they would have the incorrect order too. Manager didn’t care one bit. Very rude
Rude staff in drive through , cold food (whopper)and found a fake broken blue fingernail in fries called manager they talked over me and hung up .will not be back.hope they can fix food and Hygiene problem so they don’t make people sick! If I could give no stars I would
The ONLY Burger King in Raleigh Cary area with Libby closed . Where is the owner why is your lobby still closed . There are car repair shops near by folks like Myself walk up on foot only to not be able to get served . This has been for over year now ! All other locations lobby are opened why not here what’s the major issue
I ordered an Impossible Whopper, no cheese. It was a long line as it was lunchtime. I paid in cash. I waited patiently for my sandwich, received my bag & drove home to eat. Imagine my dismay when I sat down and opened the bag to reveal Fred & a cheeseburger.I am not thrilled.
This one is unreliable. They're out of food, or they're closing in the middle of the afternoon, or the line is stalled and not moving and you don't know why. Drive to a different Burger King.
First let me start by saying this is the only BK near me and I cannot believe the customer service in the drive through no kind of excitement of anything I feel afraid to get my food and be so wrong the thought of them rushing u off the Mike and being so Condescending when you want something fresh they get so mad If you don’t like your JOB change it but don’t ruin someone’s lunch or dinner with bad service…… and I will make sure that cooperate gets this
It was BK. There's not much to say. It didn't make me sick which is what happened the last time I visited one, which was decades ago. My husband said the fish sandwich probably was good but he really couldn't taste it because there was way too much tartar sauce on it. The dining room was closed, I imagine, because there wasn't enough help.
We call this place Burger Death. If you wanna kill yourself by atherosclerosis, this is one of the tastier options. Ask for extra saturated fat on the side, that means French fries. Or you can call them Freedom fries if you're GOP.
This is the worst restaurant that I have ever been to. They close their lobby during lunch rush while taking their time servicing the drive thru. I tried visiting at night and the service is the same. I can't wait until Chick-fil-A is back orpen
