Terrible FAST food restaurant if you are in a time crunch day in drive thru line for 45 mins unacceptable management should not allow this store to stay open
Ordered the Bacon king and literally had one strip of bacon on the massive burger, come on BK you're better than that. Also, my wife's whopper with cheese had burnt hard buns with rotten onions. 2 stars because prior the meals have been mostly good.
The only reason they get one star is because I can't give them no stars. I waited at the drive through line for five minutes behind a car and they took their order and then told me they were closed. It was 930PM and they are supposed to be open until 11PM. I will not be going back.
Second visit. First visit the sauce was left out and I received syrup. Let’s try again. Went today and was charged for a combo and paid for a combo but when I got to the window after paying, received burger and onion rings. Cashier asked me “whatcha waiting for?” I told her my drink with my combo and she said I don’t think she charged you for a drink but don’t worry about it!! I didn’t ask for anything fREE only what I paid for. Not trying this again.

Great burgers and service. The manager is super nice. Glad this BK is open! I work in Durham and live in Raleigh, so it's a great place to grab a burger
It is 6:45pm on a Saturday just got told by an employee they are not taking any orders right now not sure how you pick and and choose when u stop taking orders before your posted close time seriously unacceptable and
We got our order and after we left saw that they left out one of the burgers. We then came back to get the other burger and the woman in front of us told us that the staff said they are closing the restaurant because someone placed a large order, but the store was scheduled to be open for another 1.5 hours. We could not get the burger we paid for because they turned the lights off and would not respond at the drive thru, even though we saw them in the store. I get that the staff were probably overworked and understaffed, but we paid for something and did not receive it.
Found this place looking for breakfast. Got fresh hot food and friendly service. And the plus was we actually got to go inside and get our food.
I felt they did a great job with customer service! The lady at the drive up was so nice.
