This is a great place to sit and talk over an amazing meal, whether it be for a date or a team building lunch with your coworkers.Korean BBQ is a slow cook meal, where you cook the food at your table and assemble the various sides as you like them. The staff is very helpful and will prepare the meat and explain what sides and meats complement each other. They also have a vegetarian option with the great vegetables they serve. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the music is instrumental versions of movie tunes that set a pleasant mood. This makes the restaurant a great place to enjoy a few hours together with good company. If you are in more of a hurry, the restaurant does provide a kitchen service as well as catering. This provides food in about half an hour, which makes it a good option for a workday lunch or to pick up on your way home for dinner.I am very pleased with the meal I shared here with my wife, and plan to visit Buldaegi again soon.

I had an good experience eating here. It seems like a nice family owned business that serves authentic food. The meat was fresh and the customer service was good. This was our third time there. I always get one of the combos for the best price and we are always full afterwards.

I had the beef soup. It was so flavorful! The sides were amazing. Second time I’m here snd will be back for more

An authentic Korean place run by Koreans (which made me immediately favor this place to others). We ordered a $65 meat combo and the $8 fried dumplings for their table grill option. Got a mountain of good, seasoned meat and a table full of sides. Everything was savory, and the staff was very helpful. Definitely coming back when going thru the area.

Honestly absolutely amazing Korean BBQ!Very fast service and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They explained everything to us and how to use the grill. We got Combination A and it was very tasty! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to try Korean BBQ

I usually can’t be bothered to write reviews. However, this restaurant most certainly deserves one. It’s family owned and you can tell. The place has a very comfortable homey feel to it. The staff took the time to show us how to grill the food, shared their culture, and have even pulled up a chair to share a conversation with us on a slow night. I can’t speak enough to how lovely and welcoming everyone is.Now for the food. It’s a no brainer. It’s what I would expect if I had a Korean grandmother. The banchan is extensive and includes the traditional staples. The meats are excellent quality and well marinated.Overall, it is always a wonderful experience.

I was running errands after work with my husband, saw this place and we decided to try it. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. Our server was very good at explaining how to use the induction stovetop that the pan was on and gave us some great recommendations for what goes best with the different types of meat we ordered. We ordered one of the meat combos for 2 and an appetizer and it was the perfect amount of food for us. Will definitely be back!

This is the best KBBQ we’ve found here in NC. Clean space, friendly and attentive staff, great prices, great quality food. Over all 5/5 stars we’ll be coming back. ? ??

Pros:Great for Table GrillAuthentic Korean foodAtmosphere is niceCons:They don’t have soups or stews because they are undermanned (allegedly). The food is very expensive compared to other Korean restaurants in Raleigh/Cary/Durham/Chapel Hill/CharlotteEdited after the response for the owner: We were explicitly never informed that you were accepting table grill orders versus kitchen orders. There were roughly 2 other tables showing that you were not busy during the time of visit so that is irrelevant. My party agreed to sit at a table without a grill so we can order kitchen items but unfortunately a Korean restaurant does not even serve soups or stews during the time of visit. You cannot use a certain holiday and consider the restaurant was busy on Valentines Day when there were multiple tables/table grills being vacant. I thank you for giving us a refund of $1.89 after charging us in the beginning. We were discouraged and left the restaurant because you did not have certain dishes when your restaurant displayed them on the menu. This review isn’t a review after our first visit. This is a review after many visits to the restaurant. Due to COVID restrictions and such, I gave this restaurant faith and hope of its success, but left us and others in terrible disappointment. This is why your rating for reviews before this was at 4.1 stars. In regards to your prices, this restaurant is one of the few that are expensive for its quantity and quality. If the guests want something more meaningful or something, this restaurant is definitely not the one. There are many other reviews regarding your restaurant in other websites that rate this restaurant low for what it is.

We had an amazing experience & the food was excellent!! We got the table grill special combo 2, everything was so fresh & delicious. We came for early dinner on a Saturday. They were still a little slow when we got there so we got to ask lots of questions & the staff was very attentive & helpful! Awesome place, awesome food, awesome staff!
