Second time at this location and the bagels are good but customer service is lacking. The ladies making the bagels never acknowledges me and always seem to be in a bad mood. Big turn off
I just love Bruegger's so so much! I get breakfast sandwiches there ad often as I can. Although the line is long on the weekends, it's worth every second and they move fairly quick. My sandwiches for the family are always fresh, hot, and scrumptious! And the guy on the register, same guy every time, is super nice. Please open the dining room as we move into hotter days pretty soon!
Ive had the western bagel sandwich so many times its a nostalgic taste for me. This is the first time I visited this brueggers since I too work at 6am. Thankfully the quality and balance of the food and quick service and cleanliness at this Brueggers started my vacation off perfectly. Thankfully recovered from pandemic this spot remains reliable.
I work part time for a food delivery platform in the Cary/Morrisville area. This morning, 5/16/22, I visited Bruegger’s Bagels to pick up a customers order. Normally mobile orders are placed at a reserved area a few feet in front of the register. The order was not ready when I arrived, and the staff were serving a couple other customers that were already in the store… so I waited next to the delivery pick up table for my customers order. There were 4 total workers. Neither of them greeted or even acknowledged, but definitely noticed me. While waiting, another male customer entered the store and was immediately greeted and served. I continued to wait “invisibly” for my customers order. After a few minutes of waiting, Nancy finally asked me, “Are you picking up an order”. “Yes I am”, I responded. Then very sarcastically I was asked… “You want to give me a name?” Wow! I gave her the customers name as the male worker looked at me and gave me a look as to say “did she just say that!” I smiled at him because I knew he was trying to apologize to me for the rudeness. I have never written a negative review for any business, but I would challenge Nancy & Bruegger’s Bagels to be a little more aware of which customers get their best “customer service” and which ones don’t. Even if certain patrons don’t favor the majority of the ones you see throughout the day… still greet them the same, speak to them the same, and make sure they aren’t leaving feeling that they were invisible while standing directly in front of you. Hopefully any future visits to this location will be much more comfortable.
Been here several times since 2022 winter and it is one of the nice place out there for yummy bagel
Food is delicious but 2 times I've ordered an egg and cheese bagel from doordash and it showed up with sausage on it. We didn't ask for sausage nor do we eat sausage so we had to throw it out.
Best bagels you can buy in this area. I wish they had a full deli, but keeping things focused on their bagels helps to ensure they're the best at what they do.It can sometimes be challenging because they run out !They also have very good sandwich options.
Swung by to get a breakfast sandwich to go. It was easy to order and was the same good tasting quality bagel sandwich as any other Bruegger’s I’ve been to.
Six employees working and only two actually doing anything. Guy at the register was more worried about continuing his conversation than doing his job. This is the second time I’ve had issues at this location. It’s too bad because we love their cinnamon bagels. Don’t bother going here if you want good customer service.
Really tasty bagel. Soft, fluffy and airy. Lots of toppings and fresh ingredients. The bagel seemed a little small but the taste and flavor made up for it. Staff is very friendly
