First time at Brixx and we really enjoyed it! The bread sticks are great. They taste just like the pizza dough- which is super duper delicious. We got the BBQ chicken pizza, Hawaiian, and margharita. My husband didn't like how the Hawaiian used prosciutto instead of ham. The BBQ chicken was our whole family's favorite. It wasn't busy at all during lunchtime, which was nice since we had our two young kids with us. Service was great as well.
My boyfriend and I had a great lunch at Brixx. This was our first visit here and we were delighted. Our service was awesome and the food was served quick. They have a great range of menu options from vegan to meat lovers. I ordered the Chicken Florentine pizza with a half ceasar salad. My boyfriend ordered an all meat pizza but the prosciutto gave a unique flavor that we enjoyed (I just had to try a slice of his) with plenty of leftovers to enjoy for dinner. I think the prices are reasonable. Portion size was good; you can order your own personal pizza or share with another person and you'll be full and satisfied. The ambiance is nice and comforting. Our server did a great job keeping our glasses full and he was very attentive, especially since I think they are short staffed at the moment. All in all if you want a good wood fired pizza, try Brixx.

The pizza was good, we ordered the Sweet Thai Chicken pizza it was very nice. The chicken Alfredo was a bit of disappointing. The noodles were very over cooked and the sauce was bland. The garlic rosemary wing were very good but the real star was the Honey Habanero Wings! They had a fantastic flavor with just enough heat to make you rethink your life choices. There were several of us and we ordered a variety so we could share. There is still more to try so we will do it again but the Honey Habanero wings will definitely be on every order we make.
I visited Brixx for the first time this evening while celebrating a friend's daughter's birthday. There's nothing children love more than pizza so we decided to have dinner here after seeing a movie nearby at Paragon. The restaurant is located within the Parkside plaza across from the theater.The service here is excellent. My rating is favorable in terms of the service here. The staff is welcoming and courteous. The children ordered from the kids menu which my 10 year old found unimpressive. Not many options just Mini pizzas and pasta. I decided to split a Sausage and Spicy Honey pie with my friend and my daughter enjoyed 1 slice from our pie. The spicy honey was very tasty and really enhanced the spicy flavor paired with the sausage. Very Sweet and savory. The quality of the pizza here is where they lost me. The pizza could stand a bit more coal fire to brown the crust. The pizzas are tiny and could stand more toppings.The most memorable part of the night was dessert. The S'mores Dessert Pizza was cooked to perfection. The kids really raved about this ! The combination of the melted chocolate, toasted marshmallows and crispy graham crackers topping the soft and crunchy coal fired dough was out of this world good! If they could cook the pizza pies the same exact way as the s'mores dessert pie, I would increase my 3 star rating to a 5.Come for the s'mores pizza !
Places mess up. All of them. The real question is what do they do about it. This place handled it perfectly. They quickly made my daughter another pizza. And the manager went out of his way to apologize and act on his own to make it right. Couldn’t be happier with their customer service. And the good is great!
