Forgot to include the Bo’s Chicken Sandwich, which was the whole reason for ordering from Bo’s. Tried to call and the phone number was out of service. Also ordered 8 piece chicken dinner which was very unevenly spiced, and got the mash potatoes and gravy and they gave me a tiny amount of gravy in a very small container. The only plus: the dirty rice was awesome. Not going back to this specific location as it evidently has a number of issues.

A miss today for lunch around 2:20pm. They had a busy line of at least 9 cars. You would think the food would be hot and fresh. My wing dinner was subpar. Wings were extremely small the drummet portion was almost non existent and were lukewarm at best. The chicken tasted stale as if it had been sitting in warmer too long. The fries were fried nicely, and not overdone. However it was hardly any season salt on them. Biscuit was hard on the edges, a little tough, all most likely due to the coldness of the biscuit. Tea was great which earned the 2 stars.
2 stars is generous. When this location first opened, it was great. Drive through felt like a chic fil a - fast, polite, correct order. Lately it has really gone downhill. I've meant to leave a review after my last few sub-par experiences. Today my drive through order was wrong(items missing), they were out of bbq sauce(come on!), and all 5 orders of fries were disgustingly soggy and cold. Once again, nobody in my family can eat the meal we wanted because of poor service and quality from this location.
Very rude employee. Gave me someone else's order then when I went in, the young girl threw my food on the counter and walked away like it was my fault. No apology or anything. There was an older lady there who was nice. Not nice enough for me to go back and be treated like that again though. I wouldn't recommend.
With COVID, most of their business is by the drive-thru, but the dining room is open. They clean there tables between customers and mark those that are available for use. The dining room has not been at all crowded the last few visits, so it was easy to maintain a comfortable distance from others.The food is well prepared but served in takeout boxes rather than the formerly standard trays - for customer safety.
Stopped here a few minutes ago and after politely letting them know before leaving the drive thru that my order was wrong I caught the biggest attitude. Eye rolling, lips popping, damn near threw my honey mustard at me. Imagine that, guess I (the paying customer) was in the wrong for wanting the food I paid for. Everybody makes mistakes and I’m the most understanding person you’ll meet, being in customer service myself but this seems status quo for this place. God forbid you let them know they made a mistake. Guess we are just supposed to take it like it is and move on.
