I would like to update to add that the young man who checked me out was very pleasant, and helpful. I did appreciate him. The last three times that I’ve come to this Bojangles, they’ve been out of chicken. How does a place that only serves chicken run out? It’s only 6 PM, I’m waiting outside because they don’t have the chicken that I already ordered and paid for. And now I’m missing my kids swim meet because I’m sitting here waiting for my food. I asked for my money back, but they told me it would only be five minutes. It’s been longer than five minutes already. This happened the last two times as well, I swore I’d never come back but my kids begged me tonight. Make more chicken!!!
Never had an issue here in the span of 10yrs that I've been a customer until tonight!(Tues May 24, 22.)Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:20 PM and was told they only had certain pieces and a select few to choose from & that they weren't cooking anymore! I understand wanting to leave work on the dot but I've worked in food service almost 20 yrs and THE CUSTOMER GETS WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS PERIOD unless it was completely sold out and didn't exist inside the restaurant! We also weren't allowed to 'break things down' until 10-15 minutes before closing just to be sure! I've seen managers lose their jobs for this reason alone! If you don't like your job then go find another! This is unacceptable! I've come to this location *15 minutes* before closing and was able to get my usual 8-12 piece chicken box. Last night I spent over $30 and will be glad to take my money elsewhere if this is going to be the norm!
When it comes to busy time. The people behind the food counter does not look at you nor have a welcoming look. Otherwise I will give a 5 ⭐️
I walked in to a clean dining room with other customers spread throughout enjoying their meals and talking. I went to the counter to order my food to dine in and some takeout for the family.The lady who took my order repeated everything correctly to the back. Poor thing was running all over the place busy doing 4 or 5 jobs at a time, but she was doing a great job! When she got my large order ready, I was going to ask for a larger bag to put everything in, but she read my mind and handed me one before I could ask! I wish I got her name, but she did an awesome job multi-tasking, keeping her cool and being super nice. She needs a raise!The food was all perfect and tasted great! Very happy with this trip! The staff there are doing a great job!
The food was okay, but the service was slow. From what I observed they were struggling with several inexperienced employees. The manager was doing her best to keep things moving along
Worst excuse for a nasty crushed soggy steak sandwich ever did the best I could to eat a few bites my meal was basically fries and a lemonade. I get it you hate your life and job but why I got to pay for it? On top of all this it was pouring and they made myself and the customers in front wait every five seconds trying to make us regret ever coming to the drive thru so forget y'all!
I appreciate the hard work fast food service workers have. It’s often thankless and people sometimes are jerks no matter what you do. But not everyone. So Can you please put the biscuit and the Bo rounds in the bag? And when the Next customer comes: Put the biscuit and the Bo rounds in the bag. (Don’t forget the Bo Rounds.) Next customer: put the biscuit and the —-you guessed it - Bo rounds in the bag. Take care. Work hard. Do your best. If you do these things, work hard, put the Bo rounds in the bag, you could move up, get noticed and go far.. So please, put the Bo rounds with the biscuit and good things will come to you one day. Peace. And remember, it can’t be Bo time without Bo rounds with the biscuit.
Sat in the drive through literally 40 minutes. Went again a few months later, sat 38 minutes never seen anything like it people all turn their cars off because it takes forever. I tried to call into the restaurant and it’s on busy constantly like they take the phone off the hook. Never in my life will never go here again.
I ordered a 3 piece meal and it was ready fairly quick. Food was only kind of warm and not hot and Chicken was not crispy.
Always fresh hot food and never given anything less. My go to spot for the family when I dont care to cook and will allow fried food. Which is about 2 times a month. Miss them using real eggs now they want to poor eggs. ?
