Surprisingly good.
Embassy Suites has always been known for their buffet breakfast, and Bistro in the Park honestly stood up to that reputation. The staff were all awesome from the omelette chef to the table service - top notch. We had an infant with us, and they were so helpful that we were able to enjoy our own breakfast without needing to get up and walk over to the buffet again for something really simple. we had our hands full with the baby, and the staff actually went over and brought an extra milk to us, as well as a plate with some extra French toast for my son. Another really great experience with Embassy Suites, highly recommend.

It's not outdoors. Noisy construction happening. Avoid for the time being
Breakfast was super. My cooked to order omelet was ready in a few minutes and prepared the way I like it. Full of veggies and a flower garnish. Very attentive cleaners that kept dishes picked up and the dining area clean.
Had lunch here while attending a workshop and while the food was great the service was horrible. I ordered the Short Rib Grill cheese sandwich with a side salad and received cold french fries instead of salad. The burger my friend ordered came with no condiments and cold fries. Had to ask for drink refills which I never received. Had to go get manager to correct our order. Which she did promptly. Only saw original waitress when she brought check then took forever to get change. There were only 3 other tables, restaurant no where near full or busy.
I honestly can't believe this restaurant is so good. I have serious cravings for their steak salad. We had a conference there and I had the same meal three nights in a row for dinner and would do it all over again. Very, very impressed!
