Oh my oh my !

I am utterly disgusted with this place. My daughter spend over $55 with her order and I spend $40. One of the lady fingers rolled off my plate and fell on the floor. My daughter approached the count and explained how it fell on the floor and if they can replaced it. Well the two idiots behind the counter looked at each other and didn’t have an answer. So finally one said sorry we can’t. So they expected me to eat something that rolled off my plate from onto the floor. So when the young man comes out I give it to him and tell him to throw it out. He offered to replace it if it was too dry. I tell no, it fell on the floor. He took it and that was the end of it. So they are willing to replace it if I complain about it being dry. But not because it roll off my plate. Lovely.

I absolutely enjoyed Asali. The staff was amazing and Ida was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. The coffee and the many desserts (baklava, baklava cheesecake, lemon cake) that I had were delicious and fresh, and the presentation was lovely. Such a relaxing and calming environment. I will be back soon (next week).

What a gem. This has been my favorite go to for macaroons in the area and other fun desserts. I stumbled upon this place before we moved to the area and I’ve been hooked ever since. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is fun, classy and eclectic and the desserts are delicious. I also love that they offer gluten free options. Tim makes the best coffee drinks. Some of my favorites are:Triple chocolate Mousse cake (this is the first I’ve found in this area that is even close to Bit O Swiss bakery in MI).Blueberry Cheesecake Macaroon (I seem to grab one every time).Gluten Free Hazelnut MousseKenafa CheesecakeBaklava Cheesecake

Best place for little bites with Middle East taste! Great Turkish coffee

There are SO many options to choose from! The kunafah cream was fantastic, and so was the Turkish coffee. We took goodies home as well. Everyone was super nice. Definitely go if you're in the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to ASALI! It is a feast for the eyes and tongue. They mostly serve dessert. There are a few savory pastries and hummus with homemade pita chips. The decor is very nice. Kind of pricey but most of their Desserts are unique and take skill to execute. I had the hummus with gluten free chips. It was very good! I also had the Blueberry lavender cheesecake which was phenomenal! I took home two tarts for my sons - hazelnut cheesecake and pecan caramel. The tarts are beautiful! My one critique is that the to go containers should match the quality of the product. I would consider these as gifts but the packaging would need to be better looking. The last picture is of the to go packaging.

A very authentic and unique coffee shop in the Triangle. Coffee is great, desserts and small plates are also very good. They have mix of Mediterranean desserts, cookies, brownies, cakes etc. Location is also great, have seating outside and also lot of food options in the same commons

YUM!We got the pistachio baklava and the baklava cheesecake! They were both tasty & unique. The pistachio baklava had a strong pistachio flavor. The cheesecake was unique because it was very light & fluffy, and had a fresh/ citrusy taste to it. The cheesecake came with a syrup sauce, but we found it to be too sweet. Occasionally would be good for a dip here and there.Overall, the place was beautiful, they had a wonderful selection, and helpful employees. I am excited to go back & try more desserts!!

Dessert looks good but not well executed. Ordered the lemon tart and the filling oozed out when i cut it. I’ve never had an oozing tart and it wasn’t good. The cake was the best thing I ordered from Asali. It was just right. Don’t remember the name of it but it has the cookies you’d get from Delta Airlines on the top.Got an iced latte and it was warm (even with ice). Kinda weird and honestly it wasn’t very great. The ambiance is great (came on Saturday and it was very busy and loud). Seems to be very kid friendly but don’t come here to work. At least not on a Saturday. ☺️
