Well my first bad experience at this location. Employees playing on cellphones, ipods in every ear of every employee. Every employee working with food and no hair net's. Even one employee smoking a vape around food area/prep. This was all seen at the drive-thru. Plus all the foul language in the background while placing my order. It was so loud, I had to repeat my order twice.On top of all the trash mess of the employees. I went around the building. Went inside, which was packed and a sign out the the dining area was closed.As I went in one of the same long hair nasty counter workers. Was cussing and rising all kinds of a fuss on the phone with a video call.Went to the counter, asked for the refund and noticed the cook staff was not wearing caps or net's either. Same four behind the counter cussing and laughing on the phones and with each other. Then was asked, Whatz youz wants?I said a refund! The response was why! I told her, I don't need a why, just my refund. She went back got another employee from the back. This employee came up to the counter. I handed her my receipt and she didn't say one thing, or offer an apology for anything thing. I got my refund, and my original receipt. To fill a complaint with the main office.
Understaffed. Ordered online so wouldn’t have to spend my lunch getting my food. Got there and went to the door bc the sign says to come in for online order. Rang the doorbell nothing. Called 3 times finally got someone and they said they’re understaffed and to go through the drive thru. Then had to get in the long line and they told me my food was already done. Line took 20 minutes They gave us medium size drinks instead of large and my food is room temperature now that I finally get to eat it. Should have a warning on the website not to order online when they’re understaffed like that.
They forgot a major part of my order, there was almost no lettuce in the salad, everything was cold, the chicken fingers were buffalo chicken fingers which I did not order, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after the time allotted and I was late, the only upside was that they gave us large drinks instead of medium which was to make up for their incompetence I'm sure
I visited the Burlington Zaxby's and while waiting on my order, noticed that the three customers who ordered individually after me had all received their orders. I asked about mine and the employee just walked away. After another couple of minutes I noticed a bag that had apparently been sitting on the counter for a while. I looked in the bag and found my order. I am guessing that it came out at the same time as the customer who ordered right after me, but his name was called and mine was not. I waited much longer than necessary as my food was getting cold. Not a good experience!
Best chicken fingers ever!!!! We usually order the Family Meal, then with the leftovers, we make crispy chicken salads the next day. ? So, good!
When a meal comes out perfect like it should then I will keep coming back. Great job guys. The food was amazing. I chose to come here over the other choices. I hope your boss pays well to keep the staff they have.
It just didn't taste very well. It tasted like they fried the chicken tenders in a 10 year oil. I ordered 2 of the same plates and we threw the second one away. What happened to Zaxby's? ?
Normally my meals are fresh but tonight the fries looked old and oily, I don't know how long they were sitting but they should not have sold those fries in that condition.
I appreciate good customer service. I had an issue with my order yesterday. Kathleen, the general manager, was quick to resolve everything and was very professional. Hopefully, my next visit will be the 4 -5 star service I normally receive from Zaxbys.
