When walking in an employee asked do I have an order placed or if I’m gonna place an order. I stated I was placing and order and employee walked away saying it’s gonna be 10 min before I get to you. We didn’t mind the wait but when order was placed we still waited over 30 min. They had a total of 5 people working…. The owner needs to come in and observe one day and train all employees over again.

I used to like Wing Stop but I wouldn’t dare eat there again. The manager needs to be trained again because she clearly isn’t aware that when you order online through Wing Stop’s website, door dash delivers it, on THEIR behalf. So The first dasher stole my order but when door dash kept sending dashers (because it was never marked as delivered) she kept turning them away a total of 5 dashers instead of being an actual manager and managing the situation because clearly something was wrong.. great customer service is just resolving the issue not making it bigger.A simple replacement of my order would’ve been fine but no, she wanted to argue with me and the dashers instead saying that I ordered through door dash even though, I ordered through Wing Stop and I said it SEVERAL times, she never asked for a order number to see in the system or anything.. SO unprofessional.And I even tried to resolve it through door dash to get my refund, once she cancelled my order (eventhough she said she was making a replacement) since it was stolen the first time but guess what, Door Dash connected me to guest relations at Wing Stop that said.. wait for it.. IT WAS A MISTAKE THAT HAD TO BE HANDLED BY WING STOP SINCE I ORDERED FROM THERE!! And then, he said I would get a refund “it would fall off in 7 days” but it didn’t So I got beat out of $48.. and now I have to wait another 10 days for the dispute to settle.The worst experience.

Ordered 2 meals, wings were great (a little soggy but still good) Fries tasted good but were soggy and cold, half of them weren’t even done. The staff member I spoke with was rude. Not worth $40

The chicken Frozen pre cooked and is low quality, the fries are under cooked and over seasoned. Order taken quickly and correctly but over priced for the quantity of food. Over all not a good experience for eating. Do not recommend

Placed online order went to pick it up got back home order was wrong. Called 7 times no answer. So then I drive back with the order the store is completely empty. So I call from my car while watching the woman behind the counter purposely ignore the call while she continues to scroll on her personal phone. I proceeded to go inside the store to return my order when I asked why no one answered the phone she dosent even respond. Terrible store, terrible customer service.

The worst Wingstop location! If I could give it a 0, I would. Not only are the managers and employees fully incompetent, but apparently like to remove items from PAYING customer orders and when the customer gets upset they resort to making us feels like we’re the problem! Today we drove 17 minutes to this location for lunch. Upon arrival, my brother placed and order that took nearly 35 minutes! While waiting he saw a female employee pull an item from a bag, and proceeded to state it was extra and she could take them home. Unbeknownst to my brother, it was our bag. When we drove back home, another 17 minutes, we found out an item was missing from our order. My brother tried calling repeatedly and failed to get anyone on the phone. He drove back AGAIN, and he was still waiting for someone to pick up when he arrived. When he asked for a refund, the managers stated the GM was out and they would not be able to issue him a refund. He took part of the order back (his order) as we had already opened the other boxes and left it there. The GM apparently said he would be there Monday. How does a store have a manager on-site that is unable to issue refunds!? Total incompetence and lack of professionalism. What kind of business is this to begin with!? We called corporate and got a general customer service person who said it would be routed “up”, they asked for receipt number which we couldn’t even give them because the store failed to provide us one! It’s unfortunate that people have to wait to get their hard earned money back and then have to deal with an unprofessional manager that doesn’t even have the authority to issue refunds and thinks it’s appropriate to roll their eyes at customers who have a right to be upset over not receiving the goods they PAID FOR!!! DO NOT GO HERE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Went last night and the lady working there was RACIST , I ordered online with confirmation code came in and the other coworker threw away the ticket while the lady was saying they they never received the ticket makes no sense!!! They didn’t use gloves and were serving people wings that fell off the floor , after I saw that I just simply asked for my refund and she called the cops on me , as I was leaving she was saying racist remarks, pathetic !! DO NOT go eat here you will eat DIRTY wings , only flavors they have are ; RACISM, DIRT, POOR SANITATION, DUSTY , SAD WORKERS ITS NOT OUR FAULT THAT YOU WORK AT WINGSTOP !!!

I enjoyed talking to the staff about life and wings. I enjoyed their flavors and had a really good time at a family party with those wings. I hope wingstops are in the area I'll be living in soon. This is another place I wish I had been to more often before moving. The fries were also good with parmesan and overall were sp good I ended up finishing them all before I got to the party.

The worst location I’ve ever been to. My husband went in tonight after I placed an online pickup order for 4:00. He arrived at 4:10 and they claimed they didn’t have an order. He showed them the confirmation and they said “oh it will be 20 minutes”. People place orders in advance for a reason, we didn’t have 20 minutes. They were so incompetent that they couldn’t even refund him our money. They had him text a picture to their district manager. The manager responded “I’ll take care of it.” Thanks for nothing bud! What a joke! How is this at all professional. They claim to be understaffed but there were four people working. Every single time I’ve been to wing stop pre-covid there has always been four people working. Do NOT waste your time or your money with this shady establishment.

Wings here are trash. Wing stop is good but this location isn’t it. If you happen to be in or near any Durham location or Greensboro location go there!!
