Went and sat 3rd car from speaker for 10 minutes. No one moved. No one came over speaker to advise customers. I became 4th vehicle to leave after no movement or communication! When letting the window know, they cared less and stated only 3 workers. I would be ok with that BUT cashier at window with poss mgr standing behind very poorly dresses and not put together but worst of all, not doing anything to help expedite! 3rd individual could be seen in background on his cell.Wendy’s, if you are unable to serve your customers, please close so as not to waste time and expectations of local customers just off from work trying to get a bite to eat!
You really can't go wrong with Wendy's. We were there Friday evening. The staff, who are willing to work. Were all absolutely amazing. Our food was also excellent. Their parmesan salad is delectable!!!??
It was a desirable experience, Wendy's as a whole has not been doing well performance wise, but this Wendy's was decent.
Drove to Wendys at 8pm because the wife wanted a frosty. Family of 6 sitting inside eating, but the lobby was locked. Walking back to the car we noticed a Wendy's employee finishing up smoking a joint before going back in to undoubtedly finish her shift.
This place is awful! Not only did the lady who took my order have an awful attitude, she also apparently doesn’t know how to listen. When trying to order she was rushing me, and they were not busy at all. 2 out of the 3 things I ordered were wrong. When I went back through to get the correct items, she acted like it was a problem and had an even worse attitude than before. If you don’t like your job, then get a new one there are plenty of places hiring. Would not recommend at all!
They were doing good for a 2 month stretch, but now it back to getting my food wrong and forgetting to put all my order in the bag. Also it would be nice if you could get more than 1 sauce for a 10 piece.
Good cashier. Thought frys could have been cooked better. I think old oil. Good burger. Good cookies.
The chicken they put on my sandwich was old, hard meat, and very dry. It was not worth trying to eat. After bringing it back the nice lady at the register did replace it with a freshly made one, which was delicious. Should not have had the nasty chicken to start with though.
Hit and miss here. Last visit sat in drive-thru during lunch rush and no one on intercom. After blowing horn several times they said that my truck didn't set off the buzzer. Same truck I use everytime. Got back to work. My medium fries could not been seen unless you looked straight down. Paid extra for less then a small fry. I pack lunches now because the local fast food place service sucks anymore
SLOW..REALLY SLOW. Don't get iced tea, sweet has too much sugar, and sweet & unsweetened are basically colored water.
