I love Wendy's and I've been to this location a couple times and have been very pleased with service and the food quality. But 2 days ago I went here and parked in the parking lot to make an online order so I can get more rewards points lol. I wanted to try something different and haven't had any of their chicken sandwiches in years, so ordered the new chicken bacon cheddar sandwich with the spicy chicken as my main meal and so did the person who was with me but the classic chicken. I came through the drive thru and was informed by a lady manager that they were out of the cheddar and bacon to make the CCB's. Since I paid through the app they couldn't refund me so I asked if they could just make me a chicken baconator and it seemed to have confused her and the employee at the window to what I was saying. So clearly I told them a baconator with chicken instead of the hamburger, still didn't understand. So I repeatedly explained a chicken baconator which means put a chicken patty instead of the hamburger patty. So I guess she didn't like that or still didn't understand, our chicken was absolutely disgusting it felt like rubber in my mouth and wasn't edible at all. I hope this doesn't make us sick or something, I've never consumed any chicken that felt like that or tasted bad that way so I will not be coming back to this specific location! Nor will I eat any chicken sandwiches from Wendy's ever again ? and this really sucks cause I really like Wendy's food but now this location has left a bad taste in my mouth ?

Unfortunately being one of the few things open in the area doesn't mean it'll bea good option. Ordered a spicy Asiago Chicken combo, large and a junior bacon cheese burger.Opened and bit into an ice cold, raw chicken fillet. Wasn't even a raw spicy filet lol. The junior bacon cheese burger was also ice cold.And to top it off... They closed early so no going back. I'll allow my credit card company to handle my issue with them.

Pro: the food was fresh & hot.Cons: no napkins, no condiments for the baked potato, they did not distinguish between Coke and Diet, their staff were not rude but not friendly, and the bagger did not have her very long hair tied up at all.Some what disappointing experience overall.

I went tonight and had the worst experience. The food was cold, fries were cold and tea tasted like it was made in the morning. They wouldn't even give a refund. I won't be back. How did they get four stars should be negative 4 because they ?

This location used to be very good but not now. I went there tonight system down, can only place 3 orders & cash only!! Also none of the workers had gloves on and the girl putting the food in the bag was touching her hair and playing on her phone!! Very unsanitary!!!

When you tell a customer that you are out of items that did a mobile order and they ask what else can you get YOU DONT GET AN ATTITUDE AND RUSH THEM OFF.*oh and asix piece nugget is more ecclesiastical than a crispy chicken. Should have been able to change that for the nuggets since you where it.*#lostacustomer #willgotoothers

Is it a thing now that every single Wendy's around Burlington is super super slow?!? Sat in drive thru about.30 min at s church location today. Line barely moved. But it's the same at all other Wendy's locations. If they are understaffed, that's understandable, but is every single Wendy's understaffed and unable to take orders and deliver food in a timely manner?!?

I ordered The New Sandwich They Have, Bacon, Onion rings etc an Bacon Jelly I asked to not have that put on my sandwich however....her response was, give you total next window.....blan... "customer service is not her thing...I said Thank You as I moved Slighty forward, long line, I said in my response was YOU ARE WELCOME.... got home my sandwich is nasty with the so called bacon jelly an I think it was on purpose. My receipt showed that it should have not.be added.....Wendy's is dry anyway.

Wish they'd not close the dining area on a wim. Drive through is very very slow.

If you're desperate enough to stop here,you better have plenty of gas and snacks, because you'll be in drive-thru Hell for a half hour in order to finally get your cold,nasty "food".This place is a disgrace.The Graham-Hopedale location actually has enough employees to operate and even has the dining room open, because, apparently they have competent management and can retain employees.
