My husband and I went to the Wendy's on graham hope Dale rd tonight about 6 pm we had the best service we have ever had. The girls name was Brittany.she met us with a smile and took our order.she vecked on us with the same smile.we felt good when we left.i hope you will give her some kind recognition.
This Wendy's is a Joke.. Waiting in line in the Drive thru 30 mins only to be told no Vaked Potatoes for the 3rd time visiting .. As I am leaving the line before ordering I see 3 employees out front and I know they were working because they had on headsets.. This is a trash store .. Looks like cooking at home is the best option..
Food is good and servers are very nice but I end up waiting in line 15 to 30 minutes every time I come here. It's not just this Wendy's, every one I go to anymore always takes forever moving drive-through. What's going on?
Even though the drive thru line was long, it went quickly. My order was accurate and fresh. The fries were a bit salty but the sweet tea was on point. The lady at the pickup window was polite too.
Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Would not reccomend that anyone come here unless they have 45 minutes they can spend in the parking lot an still not even get to place an order.
Food good & fresh. But the drive thru was packed like crazy & they was getting orders mixed up. Need to get better organized.
This Wendy's is in bad need of good help. My Baconator was good, but the fries were old and hard. My strawberry lemonade tasted like someone sprinkled sugar-free strawberry kool-aid into a lemonade! I won't go by there at night again.
Out of sauces, Chilli, honey chicken and junior frosty cups. Plus the one taking the order was RUDE! So we gave up and went to Burger King and got what we wanted with FRIENDLY SEVICE!
Stopped for lunch on a Sunday. Ordered a salad, which is a main menu item, and it was not available. I gave a poor rating because I had to wait 15 minutes to be disappointed.
Don't get to eat what I shouldn't often. So this day was on the way back from making a drone video, stopped their for lunch. Got their baconator type burger!!!! Their thick chocolate shake!!!! And no salt on the fries, of course. Healthier that way, and always fresh out of the oil!!! Would definitely recommend to others...
