Ordered DD Delivery. There was no problem with the delivery being delivered. However, the 2 Milkshakes we're completely melted and we were not able to drink them. It's summer time so obviously you wait to make the Milkshakes until the delivery driver is there!!! Also, please have your cooks read the orders correctly. Whenever I order no pickles I expect no pickles. And, well done burger does not mean to cook it until it's has hard has a hockey puck, it just means no pink. Please go back to making everything the way you did when you first opened a few months ago, because everything was perfect then and I miss it. Thank you and have a great day.
First time here and the food was a delight. Burgers were well flavored and the tempura green beans and onion rings were really good! The portabella char sandwich was the winner of the night we will definitely be back. The strawberry cucumber lemonade was a nice thirst quencher. It is on pricey side but what isn’t nowadays. We spent $30 for a 2 combo meals.
Fairly new chain restaurant that makes the fresh food products as its ordered. No old food sitting on shelves under heating lamps.Burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches have been great and the fried green beans are a good option to fries. This is becoming a very popular restaurant with indoor as well as outdoor seating. We'll definitely come back again in the near future.
Connecticut was a super great host and so was Beardy. Drive up gal needs a re-train on how to treat guests with some politeness. Hopefully the manager can explain to her.Food, Burger, was very good. Fries were good too but could use a little more cooking for my liking.Definitely recommend dine in versus drive up.
I was excited to see a new burger place open in our area but it was with some trepidation that I decided to try it after reading some of the reviews. I am glad I gave it a chance. My wife and I arrived for dinner on a weekday around 6pm. She ordered the teriyaki char combo and I ordered the bbq bacon char combo. Our total was just under $30. That might seem expensive to some if you compare it to fast food places like so many of the reviews have. However if you think of it as a restaurant burger meal as I did, it is comparable to other places you might find in the area. I think the existence of the drive thru might give some a different expectation than it should. Our meal was ready in 10 minutes which in my opinion is not a long time to wait for a restaurant burger cooked fresh. The food was good, maybe not fantastic gourmet but I wasn't expecting that for $15 per person. I found my bbq bacon char burger to have good flavor, and the ingredients tasted fresh. There was a self serve ketchup bar along with extra condiments. One thing I noticed was the ketchup despenser was directly over the trash can which cut down on the mess you find at other places with a similar setup. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to coming back to try out other menu items.
Was really excited to try it out, as it's new in the area. Unfortunately it's far and away more expensive than any other fast food burger chain rivaled in the area with no difference in quality. Menu has unique items which is appealing, however the price outways the few good qualities it has. Would recommend just going somewhere else.
I came here for the soft opening and ordered a BBQ Bacon Char with fries! It was SO good! I also got a strawberry limeade and that was just as delicious! My friend shared her tempura green beans and they were fantastic! It's going to be hard to decide which side I get in the future!
Service- good. Went through drive through at a good speed, staff was super friendly but I did have to remind them of a missing sweet tea and water.Food- alright. No item presented itself as premium quality. Fries were basic. Burgers and chicken sandwich were a bit watery, likely from the lettuce, which was good and fresh. Tomato's were too thin to hold their form. Green beans were crispy and hot. Really good. Drinks are small 20 oz. We ordered the chicken sandwich with no mayo, and while the inside was mayo free, there were mayo fingerprints on the bun top and wrapper.Cost- We got 2 burger combos, a chicken sandwich combo and a plain kids meal, the green beans (which were the best item) and a small shake and the total was $60.89. For a family of four looking for a burger, it might be worth a try if you can afford it. We will likely go to Cookout next time though.
This place is awesome! I went during the Saturday lunch rush and the staff was still patient, kind, and efficient in spite of all the craziness. The burger was perfect — had that delicious char-grilled taste — and the fries were great too. Not greasy, not overly-salty. I’d show you a picture but I devoured all of it :) I’ll definitely be back.
The food is not bad. The customer service is horrible. They are rude. The place just opened and they already act like they hate the job. PLEASE make sure you check your order, I told them several times how I wanted my burger and once I got my order it was still incorrect. Only went there once and would never go there again.
