The absolute worst experience of my life. No customer service skills, incredibly rude, dismissive, no accountability, dining room closed at 8PM with no ability to pick up an order already paid for and “they have nothing to do with the mobile app.” Disgraceful. Gotta love being yelled at by children who don’t enjoy their job when you’re just asking them to help you cancel the order you already paid them for and they “have no order for you.”
I called to tell them that my nacho bell grande had no cheese on it and the big African American girl is the one that answered the phone and the one who took my order i remember her voice and when i finished talking she said man as if she was annoyed and hung up in my face… i called back and no one answered then someone took the hook off the phone so i got line busy.
They keep the dining room closed often, lines are always super long.
We went there Saturday night, late. Get greeted by "Whachaorder" or something like it. Then they say no chicken or beef. ? What?! I had just been in a car accident at 6pm and just left hospital and was starving! So no meat. Well, maybe a Cheese Quesadilla? Something? Pay $15. For 3 and my drink. There's ONE cheese flattened in a giant tortilla. I ate One from starvation 2 left in a bag. No type menu discount or any attempt to make a decent facsimile of a menu item. From rude staff, loud, obnoxious, to a very sad excuse for food, not only will I not come back Any time to this one, I won't go to ANY Taco Bell again.
This is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever frequented. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. The food is prepared exactly as requested, and it tastes better than pretty much any Taco Bell I've been to. There are other locations near us, but this is the one we will always choose.
Autism Friendly!!! My autistic son wanted to try nachos but not with all the ingredients together. The awesome employees deconstructed the nachos and package them separately for my son! Thank you!!!!!
I haven't had Taco Bell in 10 years. My stepson is addicted though. The food is atrocious but cheap and it causes problems on the EXIT. Also the menu keeps changing for the worse. There's plenty of alternatives but none of the drive thru kind.
Meat could be hot on the burritos and tacos when you get it it's a average for fast food. Like tacos just wish it was hot to go.
They doin the best they can with no people
The lady who took our order was very high energy and helpful. The food was good as usual!
