Service is horrible. Everytime I've been to this location my online order gets messed up in some form of way. First experience order was received but didn't go through for some reason. Second my order went through I sat st Jones tracked order pickup was for 940pm. When I arrived she tells me she didn't start my order due to the system saying 540 but clearly my email says 940 just freaking ridiculous. So I have to wait another 10 min for my food to be made. This is so sorry and inconvenience!!!
Order a meal with a Gatorade and they forgot to give the driver my drink and when I called up there the lady told me “oh I told her to grab it out the fridge and she didn’t” and then I ask her could I get a refund and she told me she couldn’t and I can come get it if I’m in the area. Smh ma’am if I was in the area I wouldn’t have ordered it and had it delivered smh and on top of that the sub was toasted way to hard
They have some good sandwiches.
Never had an issue with this Subway before but however... Today, one of the ladies working there, had scratched her leg while wearing gloves, than she proceeded to finish making the sandwiches. The manager was restocking the chips and a few other items while coughing on everything. Asked if we wanted the sub toasted, we said no. Then another employee said since the buffalo chicken is cold, the sub had to be toasted. Ummm no they don't! The chicken gets heated up separately. She still toasted the buffalo chicken sub. Oh, and their score is a 93. Not going back.
Amazing
Getting skimpy on meats. Ordered double meat.. and got hardly any. Spoke with the owner and he states this is double meat. Save your money and go elsewhere. $10 for this sub could have gotten more at other sub chains.
Great food and service
Put way too much sauce on my sub, made me repeat what I would like over and over and still messed up my sub twice. I ended up giving up. The worker had to remake my sub the first time and even though he made the same mistake of adding banana peppers when I asked for pickles twice ! I ended up just taking the sub and going home. Will not return to this location.
They rip you off on everything and barely get anything right. Which is okay they rip their employees off as well.
