This subway in burlington was clean, the employees greeted us as soon as we came in. There was a barrier to keep us away from the counter and we had to talk louder but great service.
Subway does not honor their coupons. Over charged for a foot long with a bag of chips and a drink
The subs were fantastic. The service isn't always the friendliest, but they aren't usually rude. My most recent visit was very different, as the lady working was very rude. Maybe she was having a bad day.
Page and Kyna were awesome. Both are super sweet and catered to my meat allergy needs. There was a small altercation that took place, Page was very professional and handled it with respect and in a professional manner. When under stress she did not break! On top of it all, after the situation was resolved she took my order and other customers order with a smile and kindness. I give her a 10/10 star rating. Kyna helped with my order as well. I really appreciate how he took the time to hear and understand my concerns about changing gloves due to meat contamination. He not only changed his gloves but he took the time to wipe down the station and utensils before making my sub. He did it with professionalism and did not become frustrated nor rushed me despite how busy they were getting. I’ll give him a 10/10 as well. Kyna and Page makes subway a good place. I know they may not get paid enough to care about my health but I truly appreciate them. Thank you so much for your service.
What appears to be a family owned subway with little respect for women employees! Three men speaking Arabic, brought a female worker to tears. One blaming her for someone grabbing two to go orders off the rack in front of customers! He was loud and disrespectful towards her. They followed by telling her she could go ahead and go home.
They brought back my roast beef...THRILLED!!!!

This is the best subway in Burlington, hands down! The owner is super friendly and so is the staff, the store is always keep in great condition and the food is always fresh!
