If you are not a regular. They talk to you as such. Otherwise they still have the best coffee. Customer service is key.

The line for Starbucks is way to long for me. They should pay for my time. Plus 3 times now they have been out of item I wanted. I now can fix it myself at home.

Some days the line is ridiculously long but the last two mornings it hasn’t taken more than 5 minutes to get through the line. The drinks are always good and the drive thru staff is very friendly.

Ironically this the second time the printer jams on my order and I’ve had to wait over 10 mins for something I ordered ahead of time. Then they RUSH to make it so it doesn’t even taste right. Tighten up!

Great service. I really enjoyed watching the Cashier helped a customer that was in front of me. She was patient and courteous with the entire transaction. (There was some technical issues with her transaction.) I received the same service without difficulties. The wait wasn't overly long considering I walked inside.

It was drive thru only when I went, took quite awhile but I can't blame them these days. Other then all that it was quick to order, pay, and receive my order.

Omg where do I start...Ok so they NEVER have the teas that are in the Medicine Ball. Very disappointing this is the time that Starbucks should really be advertising it, but hey what do I know...Now every time I come in this store it's always boxes like right there when you walk in. Now onto my order considering it took 10 minutes to make a vienti blonde roast with vanilla and whipped cream well needless to say that simple cup of coffee was messy and so not made right..WASTE OF A STOP!!

So far my experience has been good even though it stays busy. I enjoy Thomas when he takes my order, he is always friendly & respectful with a positive attitude. I notice he makes a great effort to be efficient with every order and with the smallest gesture as to spelling your name right on the order. Its the simple things that go a long way. THANK YOU THOMAS for coming to work.I appreciate you!!

Unbelievable!!! I just sat in your drive thru for about 30 Minutes. Ordered a white chocolate mocha. It's straight black coffee. Dining room is closed so other than wait 30 min in line again I guess I am just screwed. Not first time this has happened. This location sucks.
