They make soup out of a store brought can... it's not really homemade
OMG had the Bacon wrap classic and the French Onion Soup...DELICIOUS..For a year now I had been wanting the perfect Turkey bacon club with mayo...I rode past this place numerous times but never had the chance to stop and eat..Yesterday I finally got my chance to enjoy their food..Thank You Kim at Southbound for showing us a great lunch

First time there. Sandwiches are good. The place was clean. Staff was shorthanded but courteous and helpful. There is a bonus room, so they can accommodate larger groups.
I've seen Southbound for years and never tried it til today. Great wrap! Daily specials and reasonably priced.I'll definitely be back.
We visited for our first time on Thursday. We never knew there was such a great sandwich shop so close to us! I had the TrainMaster with the fruit cup - the meat was very good quality. They don't skimp on the amount of meat and cheese on your sandwich like some places do. We also enjoyed the theming of the place. We can't wait to go back and try some of the other selections. We just wish they were open a little bit longer on the weekends!
Love all the options here! I got a build your own turkey with cheese and cucumbers on sourdough with the apple cider vinaigrette and it was so good! The rest of my family enjoyed their sandwiches as well!

Everything is named after trains... very cool! Train decor for enthusiasts... again, very cool! This was my first time here. I had the half n half combo... half a sandwich and a cup of soup. I had the Hobo with potato soup. Delicious! If that was half a sandwich, there's no way I coulda eaten a whole one. And they aren't your average ham or turkey sandwiches. You have many choices of bread, meat, and veggies. Also came with a drink (+refills). And all far about $8. What a bargain! I'll definitely go back.
